Delhi Nursery / KG / 1st Admission 2024-25 online application / registration form invited at edudel.nic.in. Apply Online for Nursery / KG / 1 Admission at edudel.nic.in

Directorate of Education, Delhi has started apply online process for std 1st / KG / nursery admissions at edudel.nic.in official website from 30 April 2024. 

• First of all, visit the official website http://www.edudel.nic.in/
• At the homepage, click on the link displayed as "EWS / DG Admissions and EWS / Freeship Admissions".
• A new window will open, click on the link available for "Online Application Form For Admission under EWS/DG category for session 2024-25".
• Another window will appear, enter your Registration Number and Password. 
• Proceed with filling out the application form and upload the necessary documents, as asked.
• Download the confirmation page and get its printout for further use.

edudel nic in Notification for Admission to Entry Level Classes in Delhi

Schedule for admission under EWS/DG and Children with Disabilities category as defined in RPWD Act, 2016 at entry level classes (nursery/KG/Class 1) in private unaided recognized schools (except minority schools) of Delhi for the academic session 2024-25 has been made public by the DoE, Delhi. Interested parents can fill Nursery / KG / Class 1st admission application form to apply for selection of their children. Age Limit for Delhi Nursery / KG / 1st Admissions 2024-25

For 2024-25 nursery / KG / Class 1 admissions, the age criteria for EWS/DG category is given here:-

• For Pre School (Nursery) - 3 to 5 years 
• For Pre Primary (KG) - 4 to 6 years
• For Class 1st - 5 to 7 years

For CWD/CWSN category, the lower age limit is same as of EWS/DG category. However, the upper age limit is relaxed by 2 years.

Important Dates for Delhi Nursery / KG / Class 1 Admission 2024-25

• Opening of online module for filling online application by the EWS/DG/CWSN by applicant - 30 April 2024.
• Last date of submission of online application by the EWS/DG and Children with Disabilities category applicants - 15 May 2024.
• The date of first computerized draw of lots for EWS/DG and Children with Disabilities category applicants - 20 May 2024.  

Documents Required for Nursery / KG / 1st Class Admission in Delhi 2024-25

The following documents are required to be produced by the parent/guardian at the time of admission (only for the selected students after draw of lots):- 

• Regarding Date of Birth (any one): 
• Original Date of Birth Certificate issued by MCD or any other local body. 
• Anganwadi record. 
• Hospital/Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife (ANM) register record.
• An Undertaking by the Parents regarding Date of Birth as per Part-B of the Application Form.
• Income Certificate
• One passport size photograph of the child.
• Ration Card 
• Anyone of the following documents as residence proof of Delhi:- 
• Ration Card issued in the name of parents having name of the child.
• Domicile certificate of child or parents. 
• Voter I card of any of the parents. 
• Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill in the name of any of the parents. 
• Bank Passbook in the name of child or any of the parents.
• Aadhaar card of child/any of the parents. 
• Passport in the name of child/any of the parents. 
• Parent's ID Proof
• Certificate of Disability (if applying under CWSN)
