• When you click at Transgender Person Services link, a new window to either apply for registration or track application status opens.

• Next transgenders will have to click "Apply for Registration" button. This would open Transgender Person Online Registration Form.

• Fill in details like birth name, transgender name, father name, mother name, gender (assigned at birth), mobile number, educational qualification, birth place, where you live, permanent address, disability certificate, upload documents and "Submit" Odisha Transgender Person online registration form.

• When you click at Transgender Person Services link, a new window to either apply for registration or track application status opens.  

• Next on clicking the link, page to track Transgender Person Registration Form Status will open.

• Enter the Application Number and then hit at "Search" button to track Transgender Person Registration form status.
