स्वामी विवेकानन्द युवा सशक्तिकरण योजना in UP Budget 2024-25

5 फ़रवरी 2024 को वित्त मंत्री ने उत्तर प्रदेश बजट 2024-25 पेश किया। UP Budget 2024-2025 पेश करते समय वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि "स्वामी विवेकानन्द युवा सशक्तिकरण योजना के अन्तर्गत टैबलेट/स्मार्ट फोन वितरण हेतु 4000 करोड़ रूपये की व्यवस्था प्रस्तावित है। वर्तमान वर्ष में 25 लाख से अधिक टैबलेट / स्मार्टफोन बाटे गये है यह प्रक्रिया गतिमान है।"

उत्तर प्रदेश के वित्त मंत्री ने यूपी बजट भाषण 2023-24 के दौरान कहा कि "स्वामी विवेकानन्द युवा सशक्तीकरण योजना के पात्र छात्र-छात्राओं को टैबलेट / स्मार्टफोन देने हेतु वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-2024 के बजट में 3600 करोड़ रूपये की व्यवस्था प्रस्तावित है"।

About UP Free Tablet Yojana 2024

Under UP Free Tablet yojana or DigiShakti Scheme, tablet PCs and smartphones will be distributed to the students studying in various educational institutions of UP and any other stakeholders selected by GoUP, for the current academic year. In addition to distribution of devices, the educational and career related content would be provided to the beneficiaries under Swami Vivekananda Youth Empowerment Scheme for their empowerment.

Students can check last date for Yogi Muft Tablet Yojana before they can apply online. UP govt. will provide tablets with preloaded study content to students enrolled in government institutions. Applicants will not have to pay any fees for getting free tablet smartphones.

UP Free Tablet / Smartphone Yojana Registration

इस योजना के तहत छात्रों को टैबलेट/स्मार्टफोन प्राप्त करने के लिए कहीं भी पंजीकरण/आवेदन करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है ।

छात्रों के लिए पूरी प्रक्रिया में किसी भी समय कोई लॉगिन आईडी नहीं बनाई जाएगी ।
संबंधित कॉलेज विश्वविद्यालयों को अपने छात्र नामांकन डेटा प्रदान करेंगे जिसे पोर्टल पर अपलोड किया जाएगा ।
डेटा अपलोड और सत्यापित होने के बाद, छात्र अपने टैबलेट/स्मार्टफोन की स्थिति के बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकेंगे ।
डाटा में किसी प्रकार की गड़बड़ी होने पर छात्र इसकी सूचना अपने कॉलेज के नोडल अधिकारी को दे सकते हैं |
छात्रों को उनके टैबलेट/स्मार्टफोन की स्थिति के बारे में एसएमएस द्वारा नियमित अपडेट प्राप्त होते रहेंगे ।

There is no registration to be done by students on the UP Digishakti portal. The data is to be provided by the institute, via their universities. A technical process has been defined for the same. All Universities/Colleges/Institutes and other Educational Bodies will be informed about the process through Email or Notification or Notice or Official Website. UP Swami Vivekananda Youth Empowerment Scheme Eligibility

Students in the current academic year, pursing Graduation, Post-Graduation, Diploma, Skill Development, MSME and other courses under Higher Education, Technical Education, Technical Education (Diploma), ITIs, Medical Education from Government or Private Universities / Colleges / Institutes of Uttar Pradesh, and any other stakeholders selected by GoUP, are eligible for this scheme.

Students belonging to UP state and studying in any UP institution in current academic year are eligible. If you are studying Uttar Pradesh state in the current academic year but belong to a different state, then also you are eligible for UP Free Smartphone yojana. However, if you belong to Uttar Pradesh but studying in any other state, then you would not be eligible.

UP Free Smartphone Yojana Status

Students do not require registering or applying on any portal to avail the UP free smartphone distribution scheme benefit. They will be informed about the status by their respective College / Institute / University Campus through SMS/Email/Notice/Official Website.

Who can Access digishakti.up.gov.in Portal

Anyone can access https://digishakti.up.gov.in/en/ portal. Universities/Boards/Societies/Councils, College/Institutes, Nodal Officers at District Administration Level, UPDESCO and other bodies authorized by the GoUP from time to time, will be able to access this portal. Also, the users do not have to get themselves registered on portal. There logins will be created by the authorized users of software after which their Login details will be sent on their registered Mobile No. and Email ID.

However, educational and career related content would be available on the portal without any login or registration.

Benefits of UP Free Tablet Yojana

To make Uttar Pradesh a digitally active state and for the technical empowerment of the youth of the state, the Govt. of UP has decided to distribute tablets/smartphones to the students of different sections of the state. Under this scheme, students enrolled in various teaching/training programs of higher/higher educational institutions, graduate, postgraduate, diploma, skill development, paramedical and nursing students etc. will get the benefit of this scheme. The state government will distribute tablets/smart phones to the students through their respective university/college/institute.

The tablets/smartphones will help in spreading awareness about the various developmental schemes and programs of the government among the students. Various other information and updates will also be shared with them from time to time. Information about classes, syllabus etc. will also be provided to the students through flash messages by the concerned university/college/institution. Material of various educational programs will also be provided to the students.
