Odisha One Portal Registration 2024 / Login

• First of all, go to official Odisha One Portal at https://www.odishaone.gov.in/citizen/

• Once you reach homepage, click "Sign In / Sign Up" tab or https://www.odishaone.gov.in/citizen/auth/login
• Then Odisha One Portal login page for citizens will get displayed.

• If you are a new citizen, click at "Register" button or https://www.odishaone.gov.in/citizen/auth/signup
• Then Odisha One Portal registration page for citizens will get displayed.

• Enter username, password, first name, last name, email ID, gender and click "Next" button to make odishaone.gov.in registration.
• Then citizens can login to the site through the Login Panel in www.odishaone.gov.in. After login citizen will get the respective Home Page to avail various services. After Login, citizen user will get their Dashboard listing various services available which are integrated with the respective Department.
• Login and Registration is required for services like Forms and Certificates which require the applicant's name and contact details
• However it is not mandatory for Bill payment services as it is simply paying for utility bills and come out with the receipt.
• For security reasons user will be logged out after 15 minutes of inactivity.

• Once you reach homepage, click "Mo Seba Kendra List" link or https://www.odishaone.gov.in/citizen/msk-list
• Then page to search Mo Seva Kendra in Odisha will open.

• Select name of district, block/ULB, GP/Ward and then select area as either urban or rural and click "Search" button.
• Then Odisha Mo Seva Kendra List 2022-23 for the selected district will open.

• This list includes the names of district, block/ULB, GP/Ward, type of centre, ULE/VLE name, mobile number and e-mail ID.

Odisha One is a comprehensive and transformative effort by the state Government to better integrate G2C services and improve quality of service delivery with enriched citizen experience. An unified & integrated portal helps to achieve a transparent and responsive governance for all , through a fully automated, streamlined self and assisted mode service delivery (through Mo Seba Kendra Centres) capabilities.

The portal is a front-end interface for all e-Governance Applications of various Departments.
