The new manav garima scheme aims to provide employment opportunities to the poor people who belong to scheduled caste (SC) category. Manav Garima Yojana in Gujarat Budget 2024-2025

Finance Minister presented Gujarat Budget 2024-2025 on 2 February 2024. FM has made a provision of Rs. 59 crore for providing free self-employment tools to the beneficiaries of Scheduled Castes and Developing Castes under Manav Garima Yojana

FM has also made a provision of ₹17 crore under "Manav Garima Yojana" for providing Self-Employment kit.

માનવ ગરિમા યોજના નિયમો અને શરતો

• અરજદારશ્રીની વય મર્યાદા ૧૮ થી ૬૦ વર્ષ હોવી જોઇએ.
• અનુસૂચિત જાતિના લોકો કે જેઓની વાર્ષિક મર્યાદા ગ્રામ્યવિસ્તારમાં ₹ ૧,૨૦,૦૦૦ અને શહેરી વિસ્તારમાં ₹. ૧,૫૦,૦૦૦ ધરાવતા હોય.
• અનુસૂચિત જાતિ પૈકી અતિપછાત જાતિ માટે કોઇ આવક મર્યાદા નથી.
• લાભાર્થી દ્વારા અથવા લાભાર્થીના અન્ય કુટૃંબના સભ્યો દ્વારા આ યોજના હેઠળ અગાવ લાભ લીધેલ હશે તો પુન: આ યોજના હેઠળ લાભ મળવાપાત્ર નથી.

Manav Garima Yojana in Gujarat Budget 2023-24

Finance Minister presented Gujarat Budget 2023-24 on 24 February 2023. FM said "A provision of Rs. 56 crore to provide tools and equipment to beneficiaries belonging to Scheduled Castes and Developing Castes under Manav Garima Yojana for self employment".

FM also mentioned "A provision of `15 crore to provide benefit of selfemployment to tribal people under Manav Garima Yojana". નાનો ધંધો-રોજગાર કરવા ઇચ્છુક હોય તેવી વ્યક્તિઓને સ્વરોજગારીના ધંધા- રોજગાર અનુરૂપ કિટ્‍સ આપવામાં આવે છે.
