DDA Housing Scheme 2024 Apply Online: Delhi Development Authority now offers several categories of flats across Delhi. This decision is taken by DDA's highest decision making body after enthusiastic response to the Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023. Here is the list of DDA housing scheme 2024 offering flats to people belonging to various categories:-

Phase 3 of Festival Special Housing Scheme 2024

• 7931 EWS and LIG Flats in Pocket 11, Sector G-7, Narela;
• LIG Price: Rs. 25.2 lakhs; Plinth Area: 50 sq.m;
• EWS Price: Rs. 14 lakhs; Plinth Area: 35 sq.m;
• All newly constructed flats.

Special Discount of 15% for LIG Flats at Ramgarh Colony and MIG (2BHK) Flats at Narela, Sector A1-4, Pkt. 1A, 1B, 1C

• 211 flats on offer at Ramgarh Colony;
• Near Jahangirpuri Metro Station;
• Plinth area in the range of 31.9 - 35.3 sq.m.;
• Discounted price in the range of Rs. 13.1 - 14.5 lakhs each;
• MIG (2 BHK) Flat Cost Rs. 85 lakhs after discount at Narela.

Flats at Jasola, Rohini, Siraspur and Loknayakpuram on First Come First Serve Basis at Old Price

• 8 HIG flats at Jasola, price in the range of Rs. 2.08 - Rs. 2.18 crore each;
• 838 LIG flats at Rohini, price in the range of Rs. 14.1 - Rs. 14.24 lakhs each;

• 445 flats on offer;
• Each flat cost Rs. 75 lakhs after discount: Plinth area in the range of 112.7 - 114.7 sq.m.

To apply online for DDA housing scheme 2024, interested buyers can visit the official website at https://dda.gov.in/ or https://eservices.dda.org.in/ and login using their PAN and other details.

DDA Festival Housing Scheme 2023 (Old Update)

Earlier on 15 Nov 2023, DDA festival special housing scheme was launched where more than 32,000 flats of different categories were put up for sale. It included penthouses and SHIG (super high-income group) flats, along with more affordable options. The affordable flats were likely to be put up for sale in areas like Dwarka, Narela, Lok Nayak Puram, among others. DDA housing scheme 2023 was also operated on First Come First Served (FCFS) basis.

The flats offered under the new DDA housing scheme will be available in the following locations:-

• Narela, 
• Dwarka Sectors 19B 
• Dwarka Sector 14, 
• Vasant Kunj, 
• Rohini, 
• Lok Nayak Puram. 

More locations may be added when Diwali housing scheme by DDA is formally launched.

Category of Flats in DDA FCFS Housing Scheme 2023

DDA housing scheme 2023-24 will include flats of all categories, ranging from premium apartments to those for the economically weaker section (EWS). The scheme is likely to include flats for the SHIG, HIG (high-income group), MIG (middle-income group), LIG (low-income group), and EWS.

Number of flats in New DDA Flats Scheme 2023

The total number of houses which DDA is likely to offer for different categories are around 32,000 flats. However, the number of flats on sale may be increased or decreased at the time of launch of Festival Special Housing Scheme.

Under the scheme, 316 MIG flats in Sector 14, Dwarka and 647 in Lok Nayak Puram will be sold under this scheme through the e-auction mode, the statement said. As many as 728 EWS flats in Sector 19 B, Dwarka; 316 LIG flats and 1,008 EWS flats in Sector 14 Dwarka; 224 EWS flats in Lok Nayak Puram and over 28,000 flats across various categories in Narela will be offered through the FCFS mode. The flats in Narela will be sold in different phases, it said. 

A buyer can instantly book a flat of one's choice in the preferred locality by paying the booking amount, officials said.

Prices of Flats in Delhi Housing Scheme 2023

The prices of penthouses and SHIG flats under Diwali DDA Housing Scheme are likely to start from Rs. 5 crore and Rs. 2.5 crore respectively. HIG apartments price range starts from Rs. 1.40 crore while prices of MIG flats starts from Rs. 1 crore. EWS flats range starts from Rs. 11.5 lakh while LIG flats prices starts from Rs. 23 lakh. The final prices of the apartments may be changed at the time of launch.
