Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana 2024 Online Registration Form
- First of all, you can go to Odisha State Scholarship Portal - scholarship.odisha.gov.in/website/home
- If you are a new user to this Scholarship portal, i.e, (https://scholarship.odisha.gov.in), click "Registration" link.
- Upon clicking registration link, page for making one time online registration for Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana Scholarship will open.
- Agree to the conditions and click "Proceed" to open Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana Online Application Form.
- On making registration through the Aadhaar number and OTP will come to the mobile number linked with that Aadhaar number. Existing user can click on the login button directly. In case, one does not have an Aadhaar number, he/she should visit the nearest Aadhaar enrolment centre for enrolment of Aadhaar.
- Check the mobile (i.e., linked with the Aadhaar number) or email to get the user ID and password. In case, mobile number is not linked with Aadhaar number, students should visit nearest Aadhaar enrolment centre to link the mobile with the Aadhaar number.
- Click "login" link at the scholarship.odisha.gov.in portal to make Odisha Nirman Shramik Kalyan Scholarship Scheme Login.
- For making login, enter Unique ID (received through SMS/mail)/ Aadhaar Number and password created during the registration to apply the scholarship.
- Select Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana from the drop down list of scholarships.
- Then at the opened page, provide all necessary details like personal, academic, eligibility and bank information.
- Then Click on the "Save as draft" button to save the draft information or click on “Next” button to save and proceed further in the scholarship form.
- At the end the preview of the completed form will appear on the page before final submission. Proceed to submit if all the data entered are correct. A congratulation message will appear in the page after final submission.
- Take a printout of the submitted form and keep it for any future reference.
The filled in application will be processed for verification and disbursement by the concerned District Labour Officer in the e-Shramik Portal of the Board. The educational assistance on being disbursed by the disbursing authority in the e-Shramik portal of the board, the same will automatically get updated in the State Scholarship Portal for information of all stakeholders.
List of Documents Required for Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana (Edn Astt)
The following eligible documents will be uploaded at the time of applying under Nirman Shramik scholarship scheme in Odisha.- Aadhar Card of Student
- Copy of passbook of Bank account with account number and IFSC code of the bank branch
- Passport size Photograph of student
- Marksheet of last exam passed
For class VI, VII, VIII, IX and X, only the above mentioned documents are required. However along with the above mentioned documents, College ID card of students is also required if applying for NSKY scheme for the following classes/courses - plus 2, plus 3, M.A, M.Com, M.Sc, B.Ed, Nursing, Teacher Training, Architecture, Ayurvedic, Engineering - B.Tech Course, Homeopathy, Hotel Management, M. Tech., Master in Computer Application (MCA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Medical and Pharmacy.
Eligibility Criteria for Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana Odisha Scholarship
The financial assistance is being extended to such BoC beneficiaries who have completed at least one year as a registered beneficiary under the Board. In case, both parents are eligible registered beneficiaries, assistance in respect of a child should not be extended to both parents, separately.Financial assistance under the scheme is being extended to students from class 6 onwards and maximum two children of a family are eligible to get the assistance. For 6 and 7 standard the scheme is applicable only in respect of girl child, whereas for class 8 onwards the scheme is applicable for both girls and boys. However, 20% additional benefit over and above the normal educational assistance is being extended by the Board in respect of girl child from class 8 onwards.
General, SC, ST, OBC/SEBC and EBC candidates can apply online for Odisha Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana. The list of courses shall be modified on any further amendment in the Act/ Rules.
