Tamil Nadu government is inviting UYEGP scheme 2024 online application / registration form at msmeonline.tn.gov.in. TN UYEGP scheme aims to mitigate the unemployment problems of socially and economically weaker section of the society, particularly among the educated. UYEGP full form is Unemployed Youth Employment Generation Programme. Unemployed persons can apply online for UYEGP scheme to become self employed by setting up business enterprises. This could be done by availing loan upto maximum of Rs. 15 Lakhs with subsidy assistance from the state govt. which upto 25% of the project cost (maximum to a limit of Rs. 3.75 lakhs).

UYEGP Scheme 2024 Online Registration Form 

• First of all, go to the official website https://msmeonline.tn.gov.in/

• At the homepage, click at the "Login/Registration" link present in the main menu or directly click https://msmeonline.tn.gov.in/registration.php

• Existing users can make MSME entrepreneur login (for filling AABCS, NEEDS, UYEGP, Capital Subsidy & other incentives) by entering email/mobile number, password and clicking at "Login" button.
• However, new users can make UYEGP Scheme online registration by clicking at "Register" link.

• Enter name, date of birth, aadhar number, mobile number, email id, create password and click at "Register" button to complete UYEGP Scheme online registration process.

How to Fill UYEGP Scheme Online Application Form

• Go to link https://msmeonline.tn.gov.in/uyegp/index.php
• Here you can go to "Apply Online" tab and click at "New Application" link.

• You must be registered at msmeonline.tn.gov.in portal and must be able to login.
• Then UYEGP Scheme online application form will open.

Upload Documents for UYEGP Scheme

• Go to link https://msmeonline.tn.gov.in/uyegp/index.php
• Here you can go to "Apply Online" tab and click at "Upload Documents" link.
• Then page to upload documents for TN UYEGP scheme will open.

• Here enter application ID and click at "Submit" button to open page to upload documents for UYEGP scheme in Tamilnadu state.

Download UYEGP Filed Application

• Go to link https://msmeonline.tn.gov.in/uyegp/index.php
• Here you can go to "Apply Online" tab and click at "Download Filed Application" link.
• Then page to download filed application for TN UYEGP scheme will open.

• Enter phone number and click "Submit" button to download TN UYEGP scheme filled application.

Track UYEGP Scheme Status

• Once UYEGP registration process is complete and you are ready to login, then go to link https://msmeonline.tn.gov.in/uyegp/index.php
• Here you can go to "Track Your Status" tab.
• Then UYEGP Scheme status tracking page will open.

• Fill in the application / phone number and click at "Submit" button to track UYEGP scheme status checking page.

UYEGP Scheme Apply Process (Flow Chart)

• Filling UYEGP Application by the candidate.
• Verifying eligibility of online submitted application by DIC.
• Receiving call letter for attending interview.
• Participating in the interview
• Recommendation of Loan application to bank.
• Sanctions to be accorded by bank.
• Receiving call letter for attending EDP training.
• Attending EDP training.
• Receiving EDP completion certificate.
• Submitting EDP training certificate and other documents to the bank.
• Loan disbursement by banks.
• Filling of Subsidy claim by bank with DIC.
• Subsidy disbursement by DIC.
• Deposit Subsidy amount under TDR for 3 years.
• After completion of 3 years, the subsidy will be adjusted in loan amount.

Eligibility Criteria for UYEGP Scheme in Tamilnadu

• Applicants must be of age between 18-45 in general and for special (Women/Minorities/ BC/MBC/SC/ST/Ex-servicemen/Transgenders/Differently abled), age relaxation upto 55 years
• Educational Qualification - Must be minimum 8th Pass.
• Age Limit - Must be between 18 years and 55 years. For other community men, it should be between 18 years and 45 years.
• Family income should be below Rs. 5.00 lakh
• The applicant must be a resident of the area of application for at least three years.
  
• Project loan for business upto Rs. 15.00 lakh i.e trading / business projects with maximum project costs Rs. 15,00,000 are eligible.
• UYEGP scheme is to mitigate the unemployment problems of socially and economically weaker sections of the society
• Promoter’s contribution 10% for General and 5% for Special Category
• Loan assistance from Commercial Banks
• Individual Based Capital Subsidy @ 25% of the Project cost (Maximum Rs. 3.75 lakh)
• Application shall be filed through online only msmeonline.tn.gov.in
