Bhagwant Mann Sarkar Tuhade Dwar Scheme Services List 2024: Punjab government has started Bhagwant Mann Sarkar Tuhade Dwaar Scheme 2024 to benefit its state residents. Doorstep Delivery Scheme in Punjab is an effort to revolutionise access to Government to Citizen (G2C) services and citizens would now be able to avail facility of doorstep delivery of services. In the initial stage of Bhagwant Mann Sarkar Twade Dwar scheme, around 43 services would be provided to the people by calling 1076 while sitting at their home.

Bhagwant Mann Sarkar Tuhade Dwar Scheme in Punjab Budget 2024-25 

On 5th March 2024, Finance Minister presented Punjab Budget 2024-25. While delivering the budget speech, FM said "Our Government promised “Rangla Punjab” and has been focusing on key areas such as Good Governance, Education and Health. AAP Government has implemented a series of measures to streamline administrative processes, enhance transparency, and curb corruption. Initiatives such as “Bhagwant Mann Sarkar Tuhade Dwar”, “Door Step Delivery of Ration” and anti-corruption measures underscore our commitment to create an efficient and effective administration. Similarly “AAP ki Sarkar AAP De Dwar” has been launched, whereby services to more than 8 lakh citizens has been provided through camps organized in villages".

FM added "AAP Government under the vision of Sardar Bhagwant Singh Mann Ji has launched Door-Step Delivery (DSD) of Services for providing 43 most used Government to Citizen (G2C) services to Punjab residents at their doorstep. Now Punjabis don’t need to visit any government office or face harassment to avail government services like before".

Bhagwant Mann Sarkar Tuhade Dwar Scheme 2024 (Call 1076)

CM Bhagwant Mann has launched of Bhagwant Mann Sarkar Tuhade Dwar Scheme from 10 December 2023, encompassing 43 facilities. CM said that the service, accessible by dialing the designated number 1076, allows citizens to take an appointment and obtain certificates at their doorstep.

The chief minister said "We have started a service named Bhagwant Mann Sarkar Tuhade Dwaar Scheme. Around 43 services have been included in this and a number 1076 has been launched. By calling this number, one can take appointment and get the certificate made. You will get these facilities at your doorstep".

CM Mann posted on X "Visited saanjh kendras and facilitation centers of Fatehgarh Sahib and Bassi Pathans and met people and heard this problems. From December 10, we have started a service to the people sitting at home".

Punjab Sarkar Twade Dwar Scheme 2024 Application Process

• Citizens can request the service by dialling the dedicated helpline number 1076.
• Then citizens can schedule an appointment at a convenient time.
• These appointments are handled by a call centre, similar to the one used for Delhi Door-Step Delivery.
• Citizens will receive an SMS detailing the necessary documents as well as the appointment date and time after scheduling.
• A nominal fee of Rs. 120 is applicable, which includes the visit to the citizen's location and the return of certificates.
• Then government fees and charges specific to the service will be collected.
• At the scheduled time, specially trained personnel equipped with tablets will visit homes or offices to complete paperwork, collect fees,
• Then visiting personnel will provide an acknowledgment receipt for application tracking.
• Citizens will receive a digitally signed QR Coded certificate on their mobile phones if their application is approved within the prescribed timeline under the Punjab Transparency and Accountability in Delivery of Public Services Act.
• Finally, a hard copy of the certificate will be mailed to citizens.
