Under HP Sahara Scheme, the state govt. will provide financial assistance of Rs. 3000 per month to the patients belonging to the economically weaker sections of the society, who are suffering from specified diseases (as mentioned in disease list). Sahara Scheme in Himachal Pradesh Budget 2024-25

Finance Minister presented HP Budget 2024-25 in which he said "All the previous Governments have started many schemes for the welfare of the people of the State. Two such schemes, ‘HIMCARE’ and ‘SAHARA’ were started in 2019 and their benefits have also reached the eligible persons. But after the empirical analysis of information, some structural and operational problems in their implementation have come to light in the absence of convergence and application of technology. This has resulted in duplication of efforts. I announce to remove these shortcomings and make some necessary reforms with the help of national level domain experts, so that the people in need can get timely benefits of these schemes. The implementation of both these schemes will continue as usual till such time".

HP Sahara Yojana 2024 Online Apply Form

• First of all, visit the official website of Mukhya Mantri Sahara Yojna at https://sahara.hpsbys.in/Home/Default

• At the homepage, click at the "New Registration" tab or click https://sahara.hpsbys.in/Benificiary/AdharVerification

• Enter beneficiary aadhaar no. and click at "Submit" button. 
• Then confirm registration and proceed to fill HP Sahara Yojana 2024 online application form.

• Enter demography details, beneficiary details, account details and finally submit the filled in application form to complete Sahara Yojana registration process.

Track Mukhya Mantri Sahara Yojna Beneficiary Status

• First of all, visit the official website of Mukhya Mantri Sahara Yojna at https://sahara.hpsbys.in/Home/Default

• At the homepage, click at the "Know Your Status" tab or click https://sahara.hpsbys.in/BenificiaryStatus/Know_Status
• Then the page to check Mukhya Mantri Sahara Yojana beneficiary status will appear as shown below:-

• Here you can track Mukhya Mantri Sahara Yojana application status by performing search by either aadhar number or acknowledgement number. You can then enter that number (aadhar/acknowledgement) and click at "Search" button.

Mukhyamantri Sahara Yojana Disease List 2024

Patients belonging to poor families will get Rs. 3000 assistance in case they are suffering from diseases like Parkinson, Malignant Cancer, Paralysis, Muscular Dystrophy, Hemophilia and Thalassemia etc. The patients suffering from chronic renal failure or any other disease, which renders a person permanently incapacitated, have also been covered under the scheme. The main objective of the 'Sahara Scheme' is to provide financial assistance as a social security measure to patients suffering from fatal diseases in order to obviate and mitigate the hardships faced during prolonged treatment to an extent.
