Labour department is inviting Haryana Free Scooty Yojana online application / registration form 2024 at hrylabour.gov.in. Under this scheme, daughters of registered construction worker will get assistance for purchase of electric scooty. Free Electric Scooter Yojana in Haryana Budget 2024-25 

On 23rd February 2024, Finance Minister presented Haryana Budget 2024-25. While presenting the budget, FM said "During FY 2023-24, Haryana Building and Other Construction Workers’ Welfare Board, spent ₹250 crore on different welfare schemes supporting 85,338 beneficiaries. The Government has recently launched a scheme for providing electric scooties for the daughters of registered construction workers with a financial assistance of upto ₹50,000 or the actual ex-showroom price, whichever is less, through e-RUPI. This will enable girl children of construction workers to avail better opportunities for higher education".

FM added "Gig workers have emerged as an important element of the service sector providing door-step delivery of goods and services for online aggregators such as Uber, Zomato etc. These workers usually come from the poorest strata of society. I propose to introduce a scheme wherein subsidy of ₹5,000 and facilitate an interest free loan with credit guarantee for an amount of ₹45,000 or the actual ex-showroom price, whichever is less, for purchase of an electric scooter shall be provided to a gig-worker who is registered in Parivar Pehchan Patra and on E-shram and who belongs to a family whose annual income is upto ₹1.80 lakhs. The details of the scheme shall be separately notified by the Labour Department".

Haryana Free Scooty Yojana Registration (आवेदन की प्रक्रिया)

• Only if you are a registered labourer with BOCW Board, Haryana for more than 1 year, then you can apply for Haryana Free Electric Scooty Yojana. 
• Then you can simply download undertaking using the link - https://storage.hrylabour.gov.in/uploads_new_2/bocw/scheme_undertaking/1694152928.pdf. 
• The Haryana Free Scooty Yojana undertaking will appear as shown below:-

• After downloading it, take a printout and fill it manually. 
• You must also download work slip which is similar to the one here.

• Fill both undertaking and work slip forms manually and then submit it to the concerned authorities for approval. Once approved, you will get assistance of Rs. 50,000 for purchase of electric scooters directly into your bank accounts through DBT mode.

If you are a new user and wants to register yourself with BOCWW Board in Haryana, then visit the official website at hrylabour.gov.in. At the homepage, go to the "E-Services" section and make registration with BOCWW Board with family ID. Only after completion of 1 year of your registration with Haryana Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, you can apply for Haryana Free Scooty Yojana. 

Haryana Free Electric Scooty Yojana Eligibility Criteria 

• Applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana state.
• Applicant must be a female. Only daughters of registered labourers (BOCW workers) can apply.
• Minimum years of Membership (सदस्यता वर्ष) required is 1 year.
• You can apply for Haryana Free Scooty Yojana only once in a lifetime (आवेदन की सीमा : 1 time)

Each eligible beneficiary can apply to get Rs. 50,000 assistance for purchasing e-scooter.

Conditions to Get Haryana Free Scooty Scheme Amount

• एक वर्ष की नियमित सदस्यता एवं वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध घोषणा पत्र पूर्ण रूप से भरकर अपलोड करना अनिवार्य है।
• पंजीकृत श्रमिक की पुत्री महाविद्यालय में नियमित रूप से उच्चतर शिक्षा प्राप्त कर रही है, इस संदर्भ में महाविद्यालय/उच्च शिक्षा संस्थान के मुखिया द्वारा जारी किया गया प्रमाण-पत्र अपलोड करना अनिवार्य है।
• केवल वही छात्रा जो हरियाणा राज्य के किसी उच्च शिक्षण संस्थान/कालेज में पढ़ाई कर रही हो, इस प्रोत्साहन सहायता की पात्र होगी।
• श्रमिक की पुत्री की आयु 18 वर्ष या इससे अधिक होनी चाहिए तथा शादीशुदा नहीं होनी चाहिए।
• श्रमिक की पुत्री के पास दोपहिया वाहन चलाने का वैध लाइसेंस होना चाहिए।(अगर लागू है तोे)
• श्रमिक के परिवार के किसी सदस्य के नाम पहले से ईंधन से चलने वाला या इलैक्ट्रिक वाहन नहीं होना चाहिए।
• इस योजना के अधीन प्रोत्साहन सहायता एक परिवार में एक इलैक्ट्रिक स्कूटर की खरीद तक सीमित है।
• लाभ की अधिकतम सीमा 50,000/-रूपये या वास्तविक एक्स-शोरूम कीमत, जो भी कम हो, ई-रूपये के माध्यम/रूप में दी जाएगी।
• आवेदक इलैक्ट्रिक स्कूटर के खरीद का बिल, प्रोत्साहन राशि प्राप्त करने से एक महिने की अवधि तक, Online अपलोड करेगा अन्यथा भविष्य में वह किसी भी कल्याणकारी योजना के अर्न्तगत किसी भी लाभ का पात्र नहीं होगा।
