Sadbhavana Scheme 2024 is an initiative of the Assam government to ensure expeditious disposal of files. It covers all DC offices, Directorates and Commissionerates. Assam Sadbhavna Scheme is an initiative of the Administrative Reforms, Training, Pension and Public Grievances Department. Facility of real time file tracking (24/7) is also available at sadbhavana.assam.gov.in Portal.

Mission Sadbhavana 2.0 in Assam Budget 2024-25

On 12 February 2024, Finance Minister presented Assam Budget 2024-25. While presenting the budget, FM said "The Mission Sadbhavana 2.0 for adoption of e-Office practices and disposal of old files, Kritagyata 2.0 for simplified pension procedures, resulting in the issuance of over 19,000 Pension Payment Order and the Jeevan Pramaan portal for a convenient online platform for life certificate submissions have been the remarkable achievements of Administrative Reforms, Training, Pension and Public Grievances Department".

FM added "The Department plans to launch the RTI Portal with online features, activation of hybrid hearings at the Assam Information Commission, upgrading the Assam Administrative Staff College and constructing new training institutes for the Government staff. I allocate an amount of Rs. 15538.78 crore to this department."

• At the homepage, click at the "Apply Online" tab. 
• Direct link for Sadbhavna Scheme Assam Registration - https://sadbhavana.assam.gov.in/registration
• Accordingly, the Assam Sadbhavana Scheme Online Registration Form 2024 will appear as shown here.

• Enter personal and communication details, file / case details and click at "Searched records in the eOffice/eFile System".
• Then upload attachment to apply online to register your pending case / file details at Sadbhavana portal.
