Andhra Pradesh government is inviting Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu Scheme 2024 registration at registration.pedalandarikiillu.ap.gov.in. Under this scheme, the state govt. will provide "House Site Pattas" to all the eligible beneficiaries residing in Rural & Urban areas on saturation mode. This would facilitate the construction of houses for the homeless poor. The process of issue of free house sites will be taken up on mission mode and distribution to all eligible houseless poor will be taken up. Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu Scheme in AP Budget 2024-25

On 7th February 2024, Finance Minister presented AP Budget 2024-25. While presenting the Andhra Pradesh Budget, FM said "Under Pedalandariki Illu, our government is providing each beneficiary Rs. 1.80 lakh towards unit cost and an additional benefit of Rs. 6.90 lakh towards infrastructure, which has helped in expediting the pace of construction. Out of the planned 22 lakh houses, nearly 9 lakh houses have been completed. The remaining houses are targeted to be completed by December, 2024".

FM added "Our government distributed 30,65,315 houses pattas since 2019 worth Rs.1.53 lakh crore, as against 4,63,697 house pattas distributed in the previous five years".

• Firstly visit the official website https://registration.pedalandarikiillu.ap.gov.in/card

• At the homepage, click on the "Registration" option.
• Accordingly, a new tab will open where you can enter your details.
• Scan the required documents and upload them.
• Finally, click on the submit option to submit your application form for Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu Scheme.
• Save the application form and take a printout of it for any future reference.

AP Pedalandariki Illu Scheme Benefits

• Applicant must be a permanent resident of the Andhra Pradesh state.
• Eligible citizens will get free house sites as well as its documents.
• Each constructed house will have basic facilities like electricity, water, drainage etc.
• Poor people of AP state as well as those belonging to economically weaker section are eligible.

Citizens who have applied for the Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu Scheme can check their application status at registration.pedalandarikiillu.ap.gov.in/card.  Applicants must have the username and password to make Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu login and then track their application / payment status.

It is worth noting that only those applicants whose application form is approved for the Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu scheme will get the benefits provided under this scheme.
