• At the homepage, scroll down to reach the "Download Registration Form" link.

• Upon clicking the link, the J&K Employment Exchange Registration Form PDF will appear as shown below:-

• Applicants can download this registration form, fill it manually and submit it at the nearest employment exchange to enroll as jobseeker.

Jammu and Kashmir Employment Card Apply Online for Job Seekers

• First of all, visit the official website Directorate of Employment, Jammu & Kashmir at https://jakemp.nic.in/

• At the homepage, scroll over the jobseekers tab and click at "New User" link.
• Upon clicking the link, the J&K Employment Card Registration page will appear as shown below:-

• Enter name, username, user type, phone number, email ID, password, verification code and click "Create User" tab.
• On successful account creation, job seekers can make login using "User Login" tab under 'Jobseekers' section at the homepage.
• Upon clicking the "User Login" tab, the J&K Employment Exchange Portal Login page for jobseekers will open.

• Enter username, password, verification code and click at "Login" tab.

Note - The applicant can register only one application per login user. The registered Email should be an active email address as all the future communications from the department shall be delivered to this email. After successfully creating the user, the applicant has to login with the given credentials and fillup all the forms with correct details. In case any of the information found incorrect the department will be liable to cancel the registration.

• Upon clicking the link, the J&K Employment Exchange Employer Registration Form page will appear as shown below:-

• On successful account creation, employers can make login using "User Login" tab under 'Employer' section at the homepage.
• Upon clicking the "User Login" tab, the J&K Employment Exchange Portal Login page for employers will open.

• Enter username, password, verification code and click at "Login" tab.
