• At the homepage, scroll over the "Register" tab and click at "as Jobseeker / Hna Zawngtu" link.
• Direct link - https://empex.mizoram.gov.in/signup
• Upon clicking the link, the Mizoram Employment Exchange Registration page will open.

• Enter full name, 10 digits mobile number and click at "Signup" button.
• Then an OTP would be sent on your registered mobile number. Verify it to open Mizoram Employment Card apply online page.

• Click at "Apply for Empex Card - Apply Now" link under "Employment Registration Card" section.

• Enter your basic information to update your profile for Mizoram Employment Index Card.
