Uttar Pradesh government has started UP CM Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (CMAPS) registration 2024 process. Under this scheme, the state govt. will provide internship to youths and link them with definite employment for a specified period. Establishments / organizations / companies in which youths are getting apprenticeship can now apply online by filling UP Chief Minister Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme online application form.
मुख्यमंत्री शिक्षुता प्रोत्साहन योजना in UP Budget 2024-25
5 फ़रवरी 2024 को वित्त मंत्री ने उत्तर प्रदेश बजट 2024-25 पेश किया। UP Budget 2024-2025 पेश करते समय वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि "शिक्षा को प्रोत्साहित किये जाने हेतु मुख्यमंत्री शिक्षुता प्रोत्साहन योजनान्तर्गत 100 करोड रूपये की व्यवस्था प्रस्तावित है।"
साथ ही वित्त मंत्री ने यह भी कहा कि अप्रेन्टिसशिप के माध्यम से युवाओं को उद्योगों में भत्ते के साथ प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किये जाने के कम में मुख्यमंत्री शिक्षुता प्रोत्साहन योजना के लिए वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-2025 में 70 करोड़ रूपये की व्यवस्था प्रस्तावित है।
About UP CM Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme 2024
CMAPS is a scheme of Uttar Pradesh Government through which state government provides training to youths and links them with definite employment for a specified duration. Establishments / organizations / companies in which youths are getting apprenticeship, can apply under this scheme to avail the NAPS Amount (INR) & CMAPS Amount (INR) from State Government under certain terms & conditions.
To avail the benefit, establishments will have to register themselves on CMAPS Portal and submit the details of respective Apprentice(s). Thereafter, furnished details will be verified by the concerned ITI and Joint Director (Training/Apprentice) of Mandal. Once the details are verified, amount will be released in Bank Account of Establishment/Apprentice.
मुख्यमंत्री शिक्षुता प्रोत्साहन योजना (CMAPS) in Hindi
मुख्यमंत्री शिक्षुता प्रोत्साहन योजना (सीएमएपीएस) उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार की योजना है जिसके माध्यम से राज्य सरकार युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करती है एवं एक निश्चित अवधि के लिए उन्हें रोजगार से जोड़ती है। ऐसी स्थापनाएं/प्रतिष्ठान/कंपनियां जहां युवाओं को शिक्षुता प्रदान की जा रही है वे इस योजना के तहत आवेदन कर सकते हैं तथा राज्य सरकार से निहित नियमों एवं शर्तों के अधीन राष्ट्रीय प्रशिक्षुता संवर्धन योजना धनराशि (भारतीय रुपया) तथा मुख्यमंत्री शिक्षुता प्रोत्साहन योजना धनराशि (भारतीय रुपया) प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
इस योजना का लाभ प्राप्त करने हेतु स्थापनाओं को सीएमएपीएस पोर्टल पर स्वयं को पंजीकृत करना होगा तथा संबंधित प्रशिक्षुओं का विवरण दर्ज करना होगा। तदोपरांत, संबंधित आईटीआई एवं मंडल के संयुक्त निदेशक (प्रशिक्षण/शिक्षु) द्वारा, दर्ज की गई जानकारियों का सत्यापन किया जाएगा। सत्यापन के पश्चात, धनराशि संबंधित स्थापना/प्रशिक्षु के बैंक खाते में अंतरित कर दी जाएगी।
UP CM Apprenticeship Yojana for BA, BSc, BCom Graduates
On the occassion of UP Foundation Day, CM Yogi Adityanath has announced BA, BSc, BCom graduates would now be eligible for CM Apprenticeship Yojana benefits. This new apprenticeship scheme aims to benefit around 7.5 lakh B.A, B.Sc, B.Com candiates. With the previous CMAPS scheme, only those candidates who have technical or vocational educational qualifications were part of CM Apprenticeship yojana.
UP government, with help from central government, will now be extending this scheme to graduates who have a bachelor's degree in arts, commerce and science. Under CM apprenticeship scheme, involved youth will be trained in skill development as well. The major objective behing extending the scheme is to create more employment opportunities for youth in order to battle the rising rates of unemployment in the country.
CM also stated that any organization with 30 or more people must work towards incorporating these youths under the apprenticeship. During his speech on UP Foundation Day, CM Yogi Adityanath further stated that around 2 crore youth in the state were provided with laptops and tablets.
मुख्य मंत्री शिक्षुता प्रोत्साहन योजना in UP Budget 2023-24
उत्तर प्रदेश बजट 2023-24 पेश करते समय वित्त मंत्री ने कहा की "अप्रेन्टिसशिप के माध्यम से युवाओं को उद्योगों में भत्ते के साथ प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किये जाने के क्रम में मुख्य मंत्री शिक्षुता प्रोत्साहन योजना के अन्तर्गत 31 हजार युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। मुख्यमंत्री शिक्षुता प्रशिक्षण योजना हेतु 70 करोड़ रुपए की व्यवस्था प्रस्तावित है।"
UP CMAPS Registration 2024 and Login
To ensure skill development of youths, UP govt. has started CM Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (CMAPS) 2024. Establishments / organizations / companies in which youths are getting apprenticeship, can apply under CMAPS UP scheme to get NAPS and CMAPS Amount. The process to fill UP CMAPS apply online form is described here.
- First of all, go to official website http://cmapsup.in/apps
- All new establishments who wants to register themselves can click at "Establishment Registration" link or click http://cmapsup.in/apps/Account/Registration
- Then UP CM Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme Establishment Registration Form 2024 will open.
- To register as an Establishment on portal, select Establishment Type (Government or Private) and fill NAPS ID, Name of Establishment, District, Mobile No. & Email ID in the respective fields and click on Register button.
- Thereafter, entered Mobile No. will be verified through One Time Password (OTP). After verification, registration request will be forwarded to Directorate for approval.
- Once the request is approved, Login Credentials will be forwarded on the registered Mobile No. & Email ID of Establishment.
- Fill Username, Password & Captcha in the respective fields and click on Login button. Thereafter, user will be redirected to the dashboard.
- On first login, user will have to change his/her auto-generated password for security reasons.
- If user forgets password then click on Forgot Password? link & submit Username for OTP based Mobile No. verification. Once the verification is done, user can create new password.
- Then UP CMAPS portal login is to be made with username and new password.
Submit Establishment Details
After first login, user will have to submit details of his/her establishment. Submit following details in form:
- PAN/DIN
- GST No.
- Name of Contact Person
- Designation
- Mobile No.
- Aadhaar No.
- Bank Details (if Establishment Type is Private)
Until Establishment details are submitted, user will not be allowed to proceed further. Details of Establishment submitted once can be edited by User anytime.
Submit Apprentice Details
- After submission of Establishment details, user will have to submit details of Apprentice. User will have to submit following details under respective heads:-
- Basic Information
- Name of Apprentice
- Gender
- Date of Birth
- Aadhaar No.
- Mobile No.
- Email ID
- NAPS ID
- Contract Details
- Contract No.
- Contract Signing Date
- ATS Trade in which Training is being provided
- Duration of Apprenticeship (in Months)
- Starting date of Apprenticeship
- Wages/Stipend Paid to Candidate (in Rs.)
- Along with, select ITI result status of candidate i.e., Pass or Fail.
- Fill Name of Bank, Account No. & IFSC Code of Candidate (in case of Government Establishment) in respective fields.
Submit Invoice & Claim Details of Candidates
- After submission of apprentice details, user will have to submit Invoice & Claim details of candidates.
- Click on respective side menu and then select Candidate, Year & Quarter for which stipend has to be claimed (in case of Private Establishment)/month for which stipend has to be claimed (in case of Government Establishment).
- Thereafter, details of respective candidates will be auto-fetched from already added details. User can do modification in Monthly Stipend Amount, if required.
- Along with, upload following documents in JPG/JPEG/PDF format whose file size should not exceed 2 MB each (in case of Private Organization only):
- Covering Letter with Recommendation for Payment
- Invoice Submitted by the Establishment
- Bank Statement
Once the submission is done, details will appear in grid view structure on same page. To View, Edit or Delete details of any candidate, click on respective icon from grid view structure.
View Status & Answer/Resolve Query
- After submission of Invoice & Claim details, application will be forwarded to concerned ITI for verification. If ITI raises any query then Establishment will have to answer it at the earliest through its dashboard. Once the query is resolved and ITI finds the details authentic then ITI will forward the application to Joint Director (JD) for final approval.
- If JD finds the details authentic then he/she will give final approval to the application.
- Thereafter, status will appear on Establishment’s dashboard and ITI will release the amount of NAPS & CMAPS in Bank Account of respective candidate/establishment.
SMS & Email alerts will be sent to registered Mobile No. & Email ID of Establishment at
every necessary step.

All the students who are given industry based training would be linked with employment for a definite period. The main purpose of CM Apprentice Promotion Scheme is to develop the skills of the unemployed youths. All the jobless candidates can apply online for skill training and earn money to sustain their livelihood. Moreover, the scope and prospects of youths would be brightened which would enable them to get employment as per their qualification. This CMAPS Scheme is going to tackle the menace of rising unemployment in the country.
In addition to the UP CM Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (CMAPS), the state govt. has also announced Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan in UP Budget 2024-25 to provide self employment opportunities for youth.
