Haryana Udhyam Sahyog Portal - Apply Online for MSME Credit / Loan Sanction Related Complaint [हरियाणा उद्यम सहयोग]

Haryana government has launched Udhyam Sahyog Portal services at saralharyana.gov.in. The service is named as Portal for MSMEs to Raise Financing Related Grievances. Micro, Small and Medium enterprises can register grievance by apply online at Antyodaya Saral Portal by filling online registration / application form. This platform for capturing credit related grievances of MSMEs is now functional.

Check the official notification as the Director General, Directorate of MSME, Haryana has written a letter to All Industries Associations in the state of Haryana. People can also check the complete online application process to register MSME credit (finance), loan sanction, loan disbursement related complaint at the Haryana Udhyam Sahyog Portal.

These are unprecedented times and have caused a lot of financial distress to all micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The state govt. of Haryana understand and acknowledges this situation. The central govt. of India had already launched Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan economic package of Rs. 20 lakh crore. It aims to assist industries and support MSMEs to propel Atmanirbhar Haryana and handhold MSMEs to become self reliant. 

The constant endeavour is to ensure that help reaches MSMEs when required the most. After the launch of Haryana MSME Revival Interest Benefit Scheme to provide MSMEs with financial assistance, the state govt. has now created a dedicated portal to capture MSME grievances. This portal is named as Haryana Udhyam Sahyog Portal. 

How to Apply Online to Register MSME Credit / Loan Related Complaint     

Below is the complete process to apply online to register MSME credit / loan related grievance:-

• Firstly log on Antyodaya Saral Haryana Portal at https://saralharyana.gov.in/
• If you are new user, then make Saral Haryana Portal registration first and then login using Login ID and Password.
• Click on "Apply for Services" and then "View All Available Services".
• Search for "Portal for MSMEs to Raise Financing Related Grievances" and then click on the service.
• Afterwards, the MSME Credit Grievance Form at Haryana Udhyam Sahyog portal will appear as shown below:-

• Afterwards, fill up the grievance form by entering details like enterprise details, commencement of operations, details for loan applied, loan sanctioned details and then submit it.   

The state govt. of Haryana will analyse all the submissions and engage with banks for MSME grievances resolution.

For which Grievance to Apply at Haryana MSME Grievance Solving Portal

People can fill Haryana MSME Grievance application / registration form in the following cases:-

1. MSME faces any credit related challenge.
2. If Loan has not been sanctioned.
3. Loan has been sanctioned but is not disbursed.
