Uttarakhand cabinet approves Udayman Chhatra Yojana on 27 July 2021. It was then decided that the state govt. will give Rs. 50,000 grant on clearing Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (State PSC) Prelims Exams. Note that grant will be given to all candidates who clears the UPSC preliminary exam while grant will be given to only 100 candidates who clears Uttarakhand Public Service Commission prelims exam.

राज्य सरकार उत्तराखंड लोक सेवा आयोग और यूपीएससी की प्रारंभिक परीक्षा पास करने वाले उम्मीवारों को ही आर्थिक सहायता देगी. यूपीएससी / राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग की प्रारंभिक परीक्षा पास करने वाले उम्मीदवार को 50,000 रुपये की आर्थिक मदद दी जाएगी. यह पैसा उम्मीदवार को एकमुश्त दिया जाएगा ताकि उसे मुख्य परीक्षा की तैयारी में किसी तरह की दिक्कत नहीं हो. सरकार पूरा पैसा उम्मीदवार के बैंक खाते में डाल देगी.
