AwaasPlus Family Member Details at pmayg.nic.in | Check Awas Plus FM Details with Awaas Plus ID

AwaasPlus Family Member Details to get benefits of Indira Awas Yojana (IAY) or Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin released by central govt. at pmayg.nic.in. Rural applicants who had applied online for PMAY Grameen housing scheme can check their name in Awas Plus Family Member Details for the year 2024. Any person can check their Awaas Plus FM details using Awas Plus ID.

IAY/PMAY Gramin scheme's last date was 31 March 2022 which is now extended to March 2024. The extension for PMAY-Gramin (Rural) scheme is given to complete the earlier set target of construction of 2.95 crore houses for rural beneficiaries.

PM Modi led Union government provides financial assistance of Rs. 1.2 lakh to rural applicants while applicants from hilly and urban areas get Rs. 1.3 lakh as assistance in IAY Gramin housing scheme. Also, every beneficiary is entitled to get an additional amount of Rs. 70,000 for other housing related purposes.

• At the homepage, click at the "AwaasPlus Family Member Details" link under 'Stakeholders' section in the main menu.

• Direct Link - https://pmayg.nic.in/netiay/AwaasPlus/AwaasPlus_FM_Details.aspx or https://awaassoft.nic.in/netiay/AwaasPlus/AwaasPlus_FM_Details.aspx
• Then the candidates can search AwaasPlus Family Member Details using their Awaas Plus ID and clicking at "Get Family Member Details" button.

• Here candidates can select the name of their state and Awas Plus ID. 

Furthermore, people can check IAY / PMAY Gramin beneficiary list & SECC Family Member Details under the same 'Stakeholders' section.

Those applicants who had already filled/submitted PMAY-G housing scheme application form and their name is not present in the list, such people need not get worried. All eligible candidates can find their Awaas Plus Family Member Details @ pmayg.nic.in. Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) setup target of giving houses to 2,95,00,009 people of rural areas. In cumulative phase 1 and phase 2 of PMAY Gramin scheme, around 3,24,16,272 people have already made PMAY-G online registration. Till 30 January 2024, central govt. has sanctioned 2,94,67,862 houses and out of these 2,54,80,247 houses have already been completed. GoI has transferred a total amount of 3,24,222.82 crore as funds to poor people for construction of houses in rural areas.
