Assam government starts Mukhya Mantri Lok Seva Arogya Yojana 2024 registration at mmlsay.assam.gov.in portal. The Ayushman Asom - Mukhyamantri Lok Seva Arogya Yojana is applicable for all Assam state government employees and pensioners. Mukhya Mantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana in Assam Budget 2024-25

On 12th February 2024, Finance Minister presented Assam Budget 2024-25. While presenting the budget, FM said "Ayushman Asom is transforming medical access for about 2 crore beneficiaries in our State. In 2023, expanding coverage, we introduced the new health Insurance scheme Mukhya Mantri Ayushman Assam Yojana (AA-MMJAY), combining forces with Ayushman Bharat - Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY), to empower 58 lakh families with cashless treatment worth Rs. 5 lakh per family per year. So far, over 4 lakh individuals benefited from cashless treatment benefitting worth Rs. 588 crore under the two schemes. We shall continue this critical health support programme in this current year and hope to expand to cover more beneficiaries also. In addition, as announced earlier, we have introduced Ayushman Asom - Mukhya Mantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana (AA-MMLSAY) for a hassle-free online medical reimbursement service to government employees, their dependents, pensioners and their spouses".

Mukhya Mantri Lok Seva Arogya Yojana 2024 Registration

MMLSAY is a cashless health insurance program for employees and pensioners. The present reimbursement plan for state government employees will be replaced by this plan. To take advantage of this plan, the user must first register at the district kiosk. Here we are describing the process for Mukhya Mantri Lok Seva Arogya Yojana registration of both employees and pensioners. 

Mukhya Mantri Lok Seva Arogya Yojana Employees Registration

• First of all, go to Mukhya Mantri Lok Seva Arogya Yojana official website https://mmlsay.assam.gov.in/

• On homepage, click at "Beneficiary Login/ Registration - Click Here" button.

• You can hereby select employment type as either employee or pensioner. Here we select beneficiary as an employee.

• Select an option (PAN number, PPAN number, GPF number) to validate account for Mukhya Mantri Lok Seva Arogya Yojana registration as an employee.  

• For instance we have selected PAN number option to validate account. Then enter your PAN number, mobile number and proceed. 
• Next enter all the asked details accurately and click at "Submit" button to complete process of MMLSAY registration as an employee.
• After completion of registration, applicant employees can make MMLSAY login as beneficiary.

mmlsay.assam.gov.in Pensioners Registration

• First of all, go to Mukhya Mantri Lok Seva Arogya Yojana official website https://mmlsay.assam.gov.in/

• On homepage, click at "Beneficiary Login/ Registration - Click Here" button.

• You can hereby select employment type as either employee or pensioner. Here we select beneficiary as a pensioner.

• Select an option (PAN number, PPO number) to validate account for Mukhya Mantri Lok Seva Arogya Yojana registration as a pensioner.

• For instance we have selected PAN number option to validate account. Then enter your PAN number, mobile number and proceed. 
• Next enter all the asked details accurately and click at "Submit" button to complete process of MMLSAY registration as a pensioner.
• After completion of registration, applicant pensioners can make MMLSAY login as beneficiary.

MMLSAY Officials Login

• On homepage, you will see a section for MMLSAY officials login as displayed here.

• Enter login ID, password and click at "Login" button to make MMLSAY Assam login.

The major objective of Mukhya Mantri Lok Seva Arogya Yojana (Ayushman Asom) is to help employees and retirees in Assam State with cashless health insurance.

Eligibility Criteria for Mukhyamantri Lok Seva Arogya Yojana

• Applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam state.
• The applicant must be an employee of Assam state government.
• Family members of the applicant are also eligible for MMLSAY benefits.
• As a pensioner, the applicant is also eligible for MMLSAY Assam scheme.
• Ineligible are applicants who have previously participated in other government programs.
