Mukhyamantri Work From Home - Job Work Yojana Web Portal has been developed to provide online opportunity generation by government / private organizations, posting of opportunities and application process by women applicants of Rajasthan. - Official Work From Home portal launched at https://mahilawfh.rajasthan.gov.in/, click it.
- On homepage, go to "Onboarding" option where you can see 2 options as "Organization" or "Applicant (Only Females)".
- For female registration, click "Applicant (Only Females)" link to open Candidate login page.
- Existing users can login while first time users can click "New User Register" link or https://mahilawfh.rajasthan.gov.in/candidate/registration. Give consent to proceed to fill registration form.
- Register as a women applicant through "Jan Aadhaar number" and "Aadhar number".
- All details of applicant are fetched from Jan aadhar number & Aadhaar number.
- Click on "Submit" button and registration is complete and intimation sent to applicant through SMS.
- Applicant can view/search opportunity and apply.
- Organization check applicant details and verify documents.
- Organization accept/reject application.
- Intimation sent to applicant through SMS.

- Select the "organization type" as private employer / government employer.
- Fill details of registered office: address, state, district, sub-district, city, pin code, website URL etc.
- Enter "Authorized User Details": name, mobile number, email, contact, designation.
- Submit the application.
- Dept. admin verify and activate the account.

Chief Minister Work From Home Scheme Objectives
Rajasthan CM Work From Home Scheme aims to connect women with work from home-job work keeping in mind their aptitudes and abilities. This scheme will provide opportunities for work from home-job work in government departments, autonomous institutions, public undertakings and private sector to women skilled in technical / skill and any other field who are willing to do work from home-job work. Some of the objectives of CM Work From Home Scheme are as follows:-- Only for Women of Rajasthan - The Mukhyamantri Work From Home - Job Work Yojana is targeted to provide work from home (job work) opportunities for women of Rajasthan.
- Women Empowerment - Under the scheme, many women of Rajasthan will be benefitted and empowered in the coming years.
- Self Reliant women - One of the main objectives of this scheme is to make women self reliant and financially strong.
- Women on Priority - Under this scheme, priority will be given to widow, divorced, disabled women etc.
- Contribution of Women with Skills - Women who had to leave their jobs due to family reasons or could not opt to work earlier and who have the skills and can contribute to family income while working at home.

While presenting Rajasthan Budget 2022-23, Finance Minister said "ऐसी महिलायें जो 'Work from Home' कर अपने परिवार की आजीविका में योगदान दे सकती हैं, उनके लिए मैं 'मुख्यमंत्री Work from Home - Job Work योजना' प्रारंभ करना प्रस्तावित करता हूँ। आगामी वर्ष 20 हजार महिलाओं को इस योजनान्तर्गत लाभान्वित किया जाना प्रस्तावित है। इस पर लगभग 100 करोड़ रुपये का व्यय होगा।"
Inception of मुख्यमंत्री Work From Home/Job Work योजना
The Rajasthan state government has approved the work from home scheme in which women will be given job opportunities from home. The ‘Work from Home-Job Work Scheme’ is for such women of Rajasthan, who can contribute to family income while working from home. Under the scheme, 20,000 women will be benefitted in the next year all over the Rajasthan. Under this scheme, the state government will give employment to women sitting at home. Women who had to leave their jobs due to family reasons will now be able to work online from their homes

Rajasthan Govt Initiative to Improve Women Status
For the purpose of improving the status of women, connecting them equally in the main stream of development, raising the issues of women in governance and their implementation and monitoring, the Directorate of Women's Empowerment was formed separately on June 18, 2007. Thus the journey which started with women's welfare has now reached women's empowerment through women's development. Attention is being paid to uplift the status of women and girls. We are committed to building an equal society free from discrimination. Where women are empowered and have equal participation in all development decision making processes.
The department is striving to enable women and girls to get their constitutional rights under its framework and to protect them from various types of harassment. The purpose of the department is also that whatever social, political, economic, intellectual, cultural resources are with the society, their process of equitable redistribution should be started so that women can get equal rights in them. With the efforts of the government, today women are establishing new dimensions by occupying the highest positions of higher education such as medicine, engineering, sports, army, industrial sector, police, art, bureaucracy, business and politics. In this sequence, the department is making efforts to further strengthen the status of women in the state and to connect them equally in the main stream of development, to raise the issues of women in governance prominently.
