CM Vishnu Deo Sai led state govt. will provide Rs. 1000 per month to each married woman which equals to Rs. 12000 per annum. Mahtari Vandan Yojana 2024-25 Application Form (New)

• First of all, go to the official website https://mahtarivandan.cgstate.gov.in/

• At the homepage, click at the "आवेदन पत्र" tab or directly click https://mahtarivandan.cgstate.gov.in/public_doc/mahtari_vandan_yojna_form.pdf 
• Accordingly, the Mahtari Vandan Yojana application form for beneficiaries will appear as shown below:-

• This is the 2 page form which one must download to make Mahtari Vandana yojana registration.
• After downloading and taking a printout of the form, fill it manually and submit it along with the documents required (as mentioned below) and mahtari vandana yojana self declaration form at the concerned office for approval.

Only after approval, the beneficiary will start getting Rs. 12000 per annum under Mahtari Vandana Yojana aimed at women welfare.

• विवाहित होने की पुष्टि हेतु प्रमाण
• परित्यक्ता / तलाक शुदा होने की स्थिति में प्रमाण-पत्र
• विधवा होने की स्थिति में पति का मृत्यु प्रमाण-पत्र
• बैंक पासबुक की छायाप्रति

CM has shared the Mahtari Vandan Yojana form on his X handle (formerly twitter) and said "छत्तीसगढ़ में रहने वाली हर एक माता-बहन को याद दिलाना चाहता हूं कि यह 'मोदी जी की गारंटी' है जिसमें भाजपा सरकार बनते ही प्रदेश की हर विवाहित महिला को हर महीने 1000 रुपए (सालाना 12,000 रुपये) की वित्तीय सहायता दी जायेगी। आप सभी माता-बहन इस फॉर्म को डाउनलोड करें और उपयुक्त जानकारी भर के भाजपा मंडल अध्यक्ष के पास या नजदीकी भाजपा कार्यालय में जमा करवाए"।

Eligibility Criteria for Mahtari Vandan Yojana Registration

• Applicant must be a permanent resident of Chhattisgarh state.
• Only married women can apply for Mahtari Vandana Yojana.
• This scheme is not restricted to women belonging to any specific category. Women belonging to General, SC, ST, OBC, EBC or any other categories are eligible.

Assistance Amount under महतारी वंदन योजना छत्तीसगढ़ 

Each married women is entitled to get assistance amount of Rs. 1000 per month (Rs. 12000 per year). This amount would be beneficial for women which would either utilize this money in education of their children or running their house.

Mahtari Vandan Yojana in Chhattisgarh Budget 2024-25

On 9 February 2024, Finance minister presented Chhattisgarh Budget 2024-25 in which he said "मोदी की दूसरी गारंटी महतारी वंदन योजना की स्वीकृति दी जा चुकी है। 01 मार्च 2024 से योजना के तहत पात्र महिलाओं को 12 हजार रूपये वार्षिक का भुगतान किया जायेगा।"

साथ ही वित्त मंत्री ने यह भी कहा की "महतारी वंदन योजना अंतर्गत सभी पात्र महिलाओं को 12 हजार रूपये वार्षिक डी.बी.टी. के माध्यम से भुगतान किया जायेगा। इससे महिलाओं के स्वास्थ्य, पोषण एवं आत्मनिर्भरता में वृद्धि होगी।"
