PMAY Gramin (PMAY-G) in Union Budget 2024-25

Finance Minister presented Union Budget 2024-25 on 23rd July 2024. While delivering the budget speech, FM said "Three crore additional houses under the PM Awas Yojana in rural and urban areas in the country have been announced, for which the necessary allocations are being made."

• First of all, go to the official website of PM Awas Yojana Gramin at https://pmayg.nic.in/netiayHome/home.aspx
• At the homepage, scroll over the "Awaassoft" tab and click at "Report" tab.

• Direct link to open Awaassoft Reports page is https://rhreporting.nic.in/netiay/newreport.aspx
• On the opened page, reach to the "Physical Progress Reports" section and then click at "House Progress against the target financial year" link.

• Then the page showing PMAY gramin House Progress Report against target FY will open. 

• Here people can fill the fields in the "Selection Filters" present on the left side of the page.
• PMAYG Cumulative Progress Till Date,
• Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana Gramin,
• State name,
• District name,
• Block name,
• Panchayat name

• Then enter captcha and click at "Submit" button to open PM Awas Yojana Gramin List of beneficiaries.

• Here PMAYG beneficiary can check name of their village, self, father/mother, registration number, house allotted to, sanction number, sanctioned amount, installment paid, amount released and house status in the PM Awas Yojana Gramin list of beneficiaries.
• Candidates can download this complete PMAY Gramin list of beneficiaries 2023 in the "Excel" and "PDF" format through “Download Excel” and “Download PDF” tabs respectively.

Cabinet Approves Construction of 3 Crore Additional Houses under PMAY

The government will provide assistance to three crore additional rural and urban households for the construction of houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). A decision in this regard was taken in the first cabinet meeting of the newly-formed NDA government in New Delhi yesterday.

The central government has been implementing the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana since 2015 to provide assistance to eligible rural and urban households for the construction of houses with basic amenities. Under the scheme, a total of 4 crore 21 lakh houses have been completed for eligible poor families in the last ten years.
