On the day, CM Reddy also hold a high-level meeting to review applications received under the Praja Palana scheme from 28 December 2023 to 6 January 2024, and discuss steps to take them forward. As many as 1.25 crore applications were received overall, with 1.05 crore of them for availing of five of the Six Guarantees, while the rest were related to other issues or requisitions. Details for the "Yuva Vikasam" guarantee will be decided later.

- Then the page for checking Praja Palana Application Status will open.
- Here you can enter "Application Number" and click at "View Status" button.
- Then the Praja Palana application status will get displayed on your screen.

- At the homepage, click at the "Department Login" tab.
- Then the page for making dept login at Praja Palana Telangana Gov In portal will open.
- Here you can enter "User Name" and click at "Send OTP" button.
- Then you will be logged in as department user under Praja Palana Scheme.
PrajaPalana in Telangana Budget 2024-25
On 10th February 2024, Finance Minister presented Telangana Budget 2024-25. While presenting the budget, FM said "As promised in the election manifesto, Congress Government exhibited its resolve of good governance by converting Pragathi Bhavan into the Mahatma Jyotiba Poole Bhavan and opened its doors to the general public. We have introduced “PrajaPalana”, where, it is open to everyone to give representation on any issue. This programme is held two days in a week and gives us a firsthand insight into the problems being faced by the people".FM added "In these two months, 43,054 representations were received, of
which 14,951 were regarding houses, 8,927 related to land
problems, 3,267 for pensions and 3,134 regarding employment.
Special counters have been set up for the disabled, elderly,
women and children so that they are not put to any
inconvenience at PrajaPalana. Arogya Sri counters have been set
for patients requiring medical assistance. The applications are
registered on a portal, where they are monitored and tracked till
they are resolved and disposed. District collectors and Heads of
Departments have been given access to the information to
monitor and resolve any issues in the process. A senior I.A.S
officer has also been appointed to oversee PrajaPalana and
ensure its smooth conduct".
The Praja Palana initiative was held in 16,392 gram panchayats and 710 municipal wards. Overall, 3,714 teams of officials were deployed at 44,568 counters. Senior state government officials also supervised the programme. "The deadline set by the government to digitise/upload all the applications is January 17 and we will complete the process before that," said a municipal administration and urban development (MA&UD) official.
The GHMC has hired 3,500 data entry operators and in addition to GHMC circle offices, the corporation is also using the infrastructure at educational institutions to execute the task. "In a few cases, more than one member of the family has applied for the same scheme. The exact number of beneficiaries eligible for the schemes will be assessed only after the digitalisation is completed," a GHMC official said. According to the GHMC official, most applications in the city were for benefits under the Maha Lakshmi, Indiramma housing and Cheyutha guarantees.

CM Revanth Reddy has started Praja Palana Telangana Gov In Portal on 8th Jan 2024 to keep a track on Congress 6 Guarantee Schemes in Telangana. Of the 33 districts, the highest number of applications were received from Hyderabad district, at 13.7 lakh, followed by Rangareddy, 10.2 lakh and Medchal-Malkajgiri 9.2 lakh.
