Himachal Pradesh government has announced HP Mukhyamantri Harit Vikas Chhatravriti Yojana on 17 Feb 2024. Under the scheme, govt. will provide scholarships to science post graduates and engineering graduates. Mukhyamantri Harit Vikas Chhatravriti Yojana in HP Budget 2024-25

On 17 February 2024, Finance Minister presented Himachal Pradesh Budget 2024-25. While presenting the budget, FM said "Speaker Sir, for the Green and overall development and empowerment of the rural population of the State, I announce the launch of the Mukhya Mantri Harit Vikas Chhattravriti Yojana". 

FM added "Under this scholarship scheme, in the next 4 years, 2 villages will be selected in each Legislative Assembly Constituency and the Science Postgraduates and Engineering Graduates will be given scholarship for 2 years for research on climate change and environmental protection in those villages".

How to Apply Online for Mukhyamantri Harit Vikas Scholarship Scheme

• First of all, visit the official website of Mukhya Mantri Harit Vikas Chhatravriti Yojana.
• On the homepage, click at "Apply" link.
• Upon clicking the link, the Mukhyamantri Harit Vikas Scholarship scheme online registration form will open.
• Fill in the asked details accurately and upload necessary documents as mentioned above.
• Review your filled in information in the application form through online mode.
• Finally, click on the "Submit" button to send your application to the concerned authorities for approval.

Once approval of application is done, eligible applicants will be selected and then they will start getting scholarship.
