Swayam Yojana Odisha Portal Registration / Login
- First of all, go to the official website of Swatantra Yuva Udyami Yojana at https://swayam.odisha.gov.in/
- At the homepage, click at the "Registration" tab present in the main menu.
- Accordingly, the Swayam Yojana Odisha 2024 online registration form will open.
- Fill in all the asked details in the application form and submit it.
- After registration process is complete, one can scroll over "Login" tab and click at "Applicant" link to make Swayam Yojana Odisha portal login.
Track Odisha Swayam Yojana Application Status
- First of all, go to the official website of Swatantra Yuva Udyami Yojana at https://swayam.odisha.gov.in/
- Scroll the homepage down to reach the "Application Status" section as shown here:-
- Enter the application number and click at "Submit" button to check Swayam Yojana application status.
The applicant will have to fill Odisha Swayam Yojana online registration form and submit the application to the bank through swayam.odisha.gov.in website. The services of Mo-Seva Kendra can also be utilized by the applicant for submission of the application on the website. The choice of the bank selected by the beneficiary during application filing will conduct document and field verification on the receipt of application. During field verification the bank will assist the applicant in preparing required simplified DPR for sanctioning loan. The banks will disburse the loan amount to the applicant after sanction and deposit of margin money.
About Odisha Swayam Yojana 2024
Ahead of the twin polls (Lok Sabha & Assembly elections), the Odisha Government has decided to launch a new scheme namely Swayam Yojana in Odisha. Under Swatantra Yuva Udyami scheme, the state govt. will provide Rs. 1 lakh interest-free bank loan in a bid to facilitate self-employment among the youth of the coastal state. This can be particularly beneficial for young people who may be starting their careers or initiating entrepreneurial ventures. The main objective of Swayam Yojana Odisha is to offer interest-free loans for youth to support business startups, career development, or entrepreneurial endeavors. - Interest free loans upto Rs. 1 lakh would be provided by Odisha govt. under Swayam Yojana.
- The state cabinet chaired by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik approved Odisha Swayam Yojana on 12 Feb 2024.
- Under the Swatantra Yuva Udyami scheme, the state govt. will spend Rs. 448 crore out of its own budget.
- The scheme will be operational for a period of 2 years.
- The annual guarantee fee of Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE) will be borne by the State Government
- There will be no collateral and processing fee for this loan.
- The repayment period will be four years which includes a moratorium period varying from three to six months as prescribed by the concerned bank/financial institution.
- The new scheme will be known as SWAYAM (U) in urban areas.
Eligibility Criteria for Swatantra Yuba Udyami Yojana
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Odisha state.
- In order to get interest free bank loan of upto Rs. 1 lakh, applicant must be unemployed.
- He / she must lie in the age group of 18 to 35 years.
- The applicant’s family's annual income must not cross Rs. 3 lakh.
