Kerala Employment Exchange Registration 2024 for Jobseekers
- First of all, visit the official website of National Employment Service (Kerala) at https://employment.kerala.gov.in/en/sample-page/
- At the homepage, click at the "Online Services" tab or directly click https://eemployment.kerala.gov.in/
- At the opened page, click at "Register As Jobseeker" tab to open Kerala Employment Exchange Registration Form.
- Enter name, date of birth, mobile number, required login ID, password, email address, aadhar number and click "Create Account" tab.

After Kerala Employment Exchange registration process is complete, one can click at "Log In" tab to open page to make eemployment.kerala.gov.in portal login.
Apply for Renewal of Kerala Employment Card
- First of all, visit the official website of National Employment Service (Kerala) at https://employment.kerala.gov.in/en/sample-page/
- At the homepage, click at the "Online Services" tab or directly click https://eemployment.kerala.gov.in/ to open E-Employment Exchange Kerala Portal.
- At this page, click at "Renewal" tab or directly click https://eemployment.kerala.gov.in/pub/publicProcess/renewal
- Upon clicking the link, the page to make Kerala Employment Exchange Renewal will open.
- Select district, exchange, enter registration number, date of birth, captcha and click at "Get Details" tab to apply for renewal at eemployment.kerala.gov.in portal.
About e-Employment Exchanges in Kerala
Employment Department is in the process of transforming conventional Employment Exchanges to e-Employment Exchanges and a major milestone achieved in this process is the development of a web based application software on centralized architecture, for "any where any time access" of the employment services to all the jobseekers registered with the Employment Exchanges.The Kerala Employment department has digitized the data of more than 35 lakhs of jobseekers registered with the employment exchanges and developed a new online portal named https://www.eemployment.kerala.gov.in/ to provide e-services to the registrants. Now all those services rendered by the Employment Exchanges like registration, renewal, Addition of qualification/experience, Re-Registration, Registration Transfer can be done 24X7 though the web portal www.eemployment.kerala.gov.in. Now these online services are available in the official webportal of Government of Kerala also.
But a person possessing Professional and Executive qualifications can register their names in the Professional and Executive Employment Office, Thiruvananthapuram or the Regional Professional and Executive Employment Exchanges at Ernakulam or Kozhikkode, under whose jurisdiction he resides as the case may be, and retain his registration in the local exchange also.
However the registration, at the local exchange would be treated as secondary only for considering them against vacancies requiring lower qualification. Like wise the ex-service personnel too can maintain primary registration in the Zilla Zainik Board and the secondary registration in the local employment exchange also.
More over if that ex-service candidate has a professional degree or a minimum second class post graduation; he can have registration at the Professional & Executive Employment exchange also. Literacy is the minimum qualification required to register in the Employment Exchange. 6 digit N C O Code is used for the classification of occupation and any number of A O cards are permitted.
Instructions to Apply Online for Kerala Employment Card
A candidate can register his name with the concerned employment exchange via the online portal www.eemployment.kerala.gov.in, but the certificates, in original, are to be produced in the Employment Exchange with in 90 days to avail seniority from the date of registration. The minimum age limit for registration is 14 years. No maximum age limit has been prescribed. A candidate can register his name only with the Employment Exchange under whose jurisdiction he resides. Dual registration is looked upon as a penal offence.
