- First of all, visit the Odisha State Scholarship Portal at https://scholarship.odisha.gov.in/website/home
- At the homepage, scroll over the "Login" tab and click at "Student Login" link.
- Upon clicking student login link, page for making Odisha Laptop DBT Scheme login will open.
- Existing users can enter unique number / aadhaar number, password and click at "Sign In" button.
- If you are a new user, then click at "Don't Have an Account? Register Here" button.
- Upon clicking the link, page containing instructions to apply for Godabarisha Vidyarthi Protsahana Yojana will open.
- Tick the declaration and click at "Proceed" button to open page to make Odisha Godabarish Vidyarthi Protsahan Yojana registration using aadhar number.
- Enter your aadhar number and click at "Get OTP" button.
- Entet the OTP received on your registered mobile number to validate it.
- Then enter all the asked details accurately to complete Odisha Laptop DBT Scheme apply online process.
- Take a printout of the submitted form and keep it for any future reference.
