Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana Gujarat 2024 Apply Online at mmuy.gujarat.gov.in

Gujarat government has started a new Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana 2024 for women. Under this scheme, Mahila Utkarsh Juth consisting of urban and rural women can avail loans upto Rs. 1 lakh at 0% percent interest rate. People can now apply online by filling Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana Online Application / Registration Form at mmuy.gujarat.gov.in.

The main objective of Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana is women empowerment. All the women would be enabled to get loans easily in a hassle free manner. The loan's interest would directly be paid by the Gujarat state government to banks.

The announcement for launch of Gujarat Mukhya Mantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana was first made in the Gujarat Budget 2020-2021.

મુખ્યમંત્રી મહિલા ઉત્કર્ષ યોજના 2024 Gujarat

આ યોજના નો અમલ ગ્રામીણ વિસ્તારમાં ગુજરાત લાઈવલીહુડ પ્રમોશન કંપની લી. (GLPC) દ્વારા અને શહેરી વિસ્તારમાં ગુજરાત શહેરી વિકાસ મિશન (GULM) દ્વારા કરવામાં આવે છે. આ યોજનાનો મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ ૧ લાખ જોઈન્ટ લાયાબીલીટી અર્નિંગ અને સેવિંગ જૂથ (JLESG) ની રચના કરી ૧૦ લાખ મહિલાઓને આ ગૃપો મારફતે જોડી આર્થિક પ્રવૃત્તિને ઉત્તેજન આપી આત્મનિર્ભર બનાવવાનો છે.

Important Features of Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana

આ યોજનાની મુખ્ય વિશેષતાઓ નીચે મુજબ છે.

આ યોજના અંતર્ગત પ્રત્યેક જૂથને નિયમિત હપ્તા ભરશે તો રૂ. ૧ લાખની ઉપરનું વ્યાજ સરકારશ્રી તરફથી ચૂકવવાની જોગવાઇ કરવામાં આવી છે.
યોજના અંતર્ગત ગ્રામીણ વિસ્તારમાં ૫૦,૦૦૦ તથા શહેરી વિસ્તારમાં ૫૦,૦૦૦ JLESG ને આવરી લેવામાં આવશે. જેમાં વ્યાજ ની રકમ મહિલા ગૃપના વતી સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા ધિરાણ સંસ્થાઓને ચૂકવવામાં આવનાર છે.
આ યોજનાનાં સફળ અમલીકરણ માટે રાષ્ટ્રીયકૃત બેંકો, ગ્રામિણ બેંકો, સહકારી બેંકો, પ્રાઇવેટ બેંકો, કો.ઓપરેટીવ મંડળીઓ તથા આર.બી.આઇ. માન્ય અન્ય ધિરાણ સંસ્થાઓ- MFI ને પણ સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા પ્રોત્સાહન આપવામાં આવનાર છે. (*ફેરફારને આધીન બદલાવ આવી શકે છે)

યોજનાનો હેતુ

મહિલાઓને જોઇન્ટ લાયેબીલીટી અર્નિંગ એન્ડ સેવિંગ જુથ (JLESG ) માં જોડવી.
સરકારી બેંકો, ખાનગી બેંકો, સહકારી બેંકો અને ધિરાણ સંસ્થાઓ મારફત જુથોને રૂ. ૧.૦૦ લાખ ધિરાણ અપાવવુ.
ધિરાણના માધ્યમથી સ્વ રોજગારી અને આજીવિકા પૂરી પાડવી.

લક્ષિત લાભાર્થી

ધિરાણ મેળવવા ઇચ્છુક ૧૦ મહિલાઓ.
મહિલા ૧૮ થી ૫૯ વર્ષના હોવા જોઇએ
વિધવા ત્યક્તા બહેનોને અગ્રતા.
હયાત જુથ કે જેની લોન બાકી ન હોય.
લક્ષ્યાંક : ૧ લાખ જુથ, ૧૦ લાખ મહિલાઓ અને ૫૦ લાખ કુટુંબના સભ્યો
તે પૈકી ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તાર ૫૦,૦૦૦ જુથ તથા શહેરી વિસ્તાર ૫૦,૦૦૦ જુથ.

કુલ બજેટ - રૂ. ૧૬૮.૦૦ કરોડ.

મહિલા જુથોને નાણાકિય સપોર્ટ

મહિલા જૂથો: ૧ લાખ
મહિલા જૂથના સભ્યો: ૧૦ લાખ
સહાયનું ધોરણ: લાભાર્થી જુથ દીઠ રૂ. ૬૦૦૦/- સુધી વ્યાજ સહાય.
લોન રકમ: જુથ દીઠ રૂ. ૧ લાખ
વ્યાજ: ૧૨ % મુજબ, વાર્ષિક વધુમાં વધુ રૂ. ૬,૦૦૦/-
લોન પરત ચુકવણી: માસિક રૂ. ૧૦૦૦૦/- ના હપ્તા મુજબ વાર્ષિક રૂ. ૧,૨૦,૦૦૦/-
જે રકમ પૈકી રૂ. ૧,૦૦,૦૦૦ લોન વસૂલાત અને રૂ. ૨૦,૦૦૦ બચત તરીકે.
સ્ટેમ્પ ડ્યુટીમાં માફી : બેંક લોન માટે જરુરી સ્ટેમ્પ ડ્યુટીમાં માફી આપવામાં આવનાર છે.

ધિરાણ સંસ્થાઓ અને સપોર્ટ

રાષ્ટ્રીયકૃત બેંકો, ગ્રામિણ બેંકો, સહકારી બેંકો, પ્રાઇવેટ બેંકો, કો.ઓપ્રેટીવ મંડળીઓ તથા આર.બી.આઇ. માન્ય અન્ય ધિરાણ સંસ્થાઓ

બેન્કો/ધિરાણ સંસ્થાને સપોર્ટ

જુથ દીઠ રુ. ૪૦૦૦/- રીકવરી મિકેનીજમ પેટે.
જુથ દીઠ રૂ. ૪૦૦૦/- સુધી NPA ફંડ

Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana Online Application / Registration Form

The state govt. of Gujarat has earmarked a provision of Rs. 168 crore for Gujarat Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana. To avail loans at 0% interest rate, Mahila Utkarsh Juth consisting of urban and rural women can apply online. For this purpose, the women can fill Gujarat Mukhya Mantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana Online Application / Registration Forms. After submitting the completed Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana Apply Online Form, women can avail loan up to Rs.1 lakh at zero percent interest. The state govt will pay the interest directly to the banks.

These small business loans would enable women to become entrepreneurs. They can start their own business and earn regular income. This scheme will make women self reliant and self dependent. There would be no collateral security or third party guarantee required to avail loans under Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana.

Moreover, there would be no application fees and processing charges to avail the loans. In case any person demands money to sanction the loan amount, it would be considered as fraud and women can directly report this matter to police.
