To apply offline, applicant farmers will have to go to any nearest common service centre (CSC) or Atal Seva Kendra and take help from village level entrepreneurs (VLEs) absolutely free. VLEs can carry out the work of making crop registrations online in Haryana. Each VLE will get Rs. 5 per khevat from state govt. which would be provided directly into their bank accounts.

Meri Fasal Mera Byora (MFMB) in Haryana Budget 2024-25
On 23 Feb 2024, Finance Minister presented Haryana Budget 2024-25. While delivering the budget speech, FM said "The digital platform of Meri Fasal Mera Byora (MFMB)
has been widely adopted by the farmers of the state and has
provided the basis for Government intervention in support of
the farmers. I am happy to state that up to 10 lakh farmers
provide their crop details every season on MFMB which
provide useful information to the Government to tailor the
strategy for market intervention".
FM added "The farmers of Haryana have
been provided a safety net for their produce whether in the
form of procurement, price support or compensation for
damage. Based on the price differential between the prevailing
market price and the Minimum Support Price (MSP), the
Government has adopted the strategy of direct procurement at
MSP or providing support for the price differential through
Bhawantar Bharpayee Yojana".

While coming for procurement, farmers must carry certified copies of documents to prove that they have sown particular crops in their fields either as an owner or tenant. Farmers can get the benefit of many schemes of Haryana government directly by making registration at the official website.

- First of all, you can open the official website of MFMB at https://fasal.haryana.gov.in/
- On homepage, click at "Farmer Login - Click Here" link or click https://fasal.haryana.gov.in/Home/Login
- New page to make farmers registration using Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) or Aadhar number at fasal.haryana.gov.in portal will open.
- If you select PPP number option, then the page to register as farmer using Family ID will appear as shown below. Here you can enter "परिवार पहचान पत्र संख्या" and click at "सदस्य प्राप्त करें" button to make MFMB farmer registration using family ID number.
- Moreover, you can also select Aadhar number option, then the page to register as farmer using Aadhar Number will appear as shown below:-

- Farmers have to enter details correctly and submit it to register themselves to sell crops. Farmers online registration form can be filled by VLEs at CSCs or Atal Seva Kendras or through online mode by farmers themselves. Note that Information received on this portal can be shared with farmers and Agriculture and Farmers Welfare department.

Meri Fasal Mera Byora (MFMB) in Haryana Budget 2023-24
While presenting Haryana Budget 2023-2024, FM said "Agriculture and allied activities contribute 18.5percent to the economy of the state. The contribution of Haryana's farmers to the economic development of India is well recognised. Haryana is the only state that provides assurance on the minimum support price for 14 crops. I am happy to state that over 9 lakh farmers register regularly on Meri Fasal Mera Byora (MFMB)".
Finance minister also mentioned that the widespread adoption of MFMB has made it easier for the state to undertake several unique initiatives such as:-
- Mera Pani Meri Virasat Yojana,
- Financial support for Direct Seeded Rice,
- Promotion of oilseeds and pulses and
- Providing Bhawantar Bharpayee support where the market price falls below MSP.
Haryana government has been able to ensure direct transfer of benefits to farmers besides streamlining procurement processes and payments to farmers in 48 hours of approval of purchase. In the last two years, the state govt. has transferred over Rs. 45,000 crore directly into the accounts of the farmers on procurement of their crops besides Rs. 428 crore for implementation of different schemes in agriculture.
