Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maan-Dhan Pension Yojana
- Voluntary and contributory pension scheme.
- Monthly contribution ranges from Rs. 55 to Rs. 200 depending upon the entry age of the beneficiary.
- 50% monthly contribution is payable by the beneficiary and equal matching contribution for PMSYM social security scheme is paid by the Central Government.
PM-SYM Eligibility Criteria
- Should be an Indian Citizen
- Unorganised Workers ( for example: working as street vendors, agricluture labourers, construction site workers, workers in industries of leather, handloom, mid-day meal workers, rickshaw pullers or auto wheelers, rag pickers, carpenters, fisherman’s etc.)

- If husband and wife, both join the scheme, they are eligible for Rs. 6000/- monthly pension jointly.
National Pension Scheme for Shopkeepers, Traders and the Self-employed Persons

The Ministry of Labour & Employment which is one of the oldest and important Ministries of the Government of India, is continuously working on improving life and dignity of Labour force of country by protecting & safeguarding the interest of workers, promotion of welfare and providing social security to the Labour force both in Organized and Unorganized Sectors by enactment and implementation of various Labour Laws, which regulate the terms and conditions of service and employment of workers.Accordingly, Ministry of Labour & Employment has developed eSHRAM portal for creating a National Database of Unorganized Workers (NDUW), which will be seeded with Aadhaar. Objectives of eSHRAM Portal

Who can register in eShram (NDUW) Portal?
Any individual satisfying following condition can register on the portal:-- An unorganised worker (UW) i.e Any worker who is a home based-worker, self-employed worker or a wage worker in the unorganised sector including a worker in the organised sector who is not a member of ESIC or EPFO or not a Govt. employee is called an Unorganised Worker.
- Age should be between 16-59 years.
- Not a member of EPFO/ESIC or NPS (Govt. funded).
