Mukhyamantri Ekal Mahila Swarojgar Yojana 2024 has been announced by Uttarakhand government. This scheme aims to provide 50% subsidy to women on project cost upto Rs. 1 lakh to generate self employment opportunities. On the occasion of Women's Day last year i.e. 6th March 2023, CM had made the announcement to start मुख्यमंत्री एकल महिला स्वरोजगार योजना. क्या है मुख्यमंत्री एकल महिला स्वरोजगार योजना 2024

प्रदेश में एकल निराश्रित महिलाओं को सामाजिक सुरक्षा प्रदान करने के साथ ही उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की दिशा में मुख्यमंत्री एकल महिला स्वरोजगार योजना सहायक सिद्ध होगी। प्रथम चरण में इसके तहत छोटे-छोटे उद्यमों के जरिये स्वरोजगार के लिए एकल महिलाओं को प्रोत्साहित किया जाएगा। योजना में विधवा, परित्यक्ता, तलाकशुदा, किन्नर और अपराध व एसिड हमले से पीडि़त महिलाओं को शामिल किया जाएगा। राज्य में एकल महिलाओं की संख्या साढ़े पांच लाख के लगभग आंकी गई है।

वर्ष 2011 की जनगणना में ऐसी महिलाओं की संख्या चार लाख से ज्यादा थी। योजना के क्रियान्वयन के लिए महिला सशक्तीकरण एवं बाल विकास विभाग नोडल होगा।

उत्तराखंड मुख्यमंत्री एकल महिला स्वरोजगार योजना में शामिल व्यवसाय

बागवानी, कृषि, कुक्कुट पालन, भेड़-बकरी पालन, पशुपालन, मत्स्य पालन, औद्यानिकी, फल व खाद्य प्रसंस्करण के साथ ही दुकान आदि जैसे व्यवसाय शामिल किए गए हैं। साथ ही महिलाओं को उनकी मांग व आवश्यकता आधारित स्वरोजगार को भी योजना में शामिल किया जाएगा।

मुख्यमंत्री एकल महिला स्वरोजगार योजना पात्रता की शर्तें

महिला उत्तराखंड की मूल निवासी हो
न्यूनतम आयु 25 वर्ष और अधिकतम 45 वर्ष
मासिक आय छह हजार रुपये से अधिक न हो
किसी भी संगठित सेवा, सरकारी, गैर सरकारी उपक्रम में कार्यरत न हो
राजकीय व पारिवारिक पेंशन प्राप्त न करती हो
विधवा, विकलांग जैसी कल्याणकारी योजनाओंं से पेंशन प्राप्त करने वाली महिलाएं भी पात्र होंगी।

महिला सशक्तीकरण एवं बाल विकास मंत्री की पहल पर विभाग ने एकल महिलाओं के स्वरोजगार के लिए इस योजना का खाका खींचा। अंतरराष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस के साप्ताहिक कार्यक्रमों की शुरुआत से पहले मंत्री ने योजना के संबंध में निर्देश दिए और अब यह आकार लेने जा रही है।

Chief Minister of Uttarakhand announced the launch of Mukhyamantri Ekal Mahila Swarozgar Yojana in the state at the end of Women Empowerment and Safety Week, 2023. Women in remote villages of the state are giving impetus to the rural economy through self-help groups (SHGs). With their immense skill potential, women are giving strength to their family economic conditions. CM is assured that under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi, many efforts have been made to empower the mother power.

Under Prime Minister's leadership, steps such as linking 23 crore women to banks through Jan Dhan accounts have been taken across India. From financial inclusion to social security, quality health care to housing, education to entrepreneurship, several steps have been taken in recent years to keep women at the forefront of India's overall development journey. Uttarakhand CM mentioned that such initiatives will only gain momentum in the coming years.

Mukhyamantri also highlighted a legislation passed by his government to grant 30% reservation in public services to women domiciled in Uttarakhand. CM on the same day also digitally transferred Rs. 1.89 crore to beneficiaries of the Vatsalya Yojana, a scheme under which children who lost their parents or guardians during the COVID-19 epidemic will get financial assistance of Rs. 3,000 per month till they turn 21.

Women Empowerment and Child Development Minister Rekha Arya said several programmes are being run by different government departments to socially empower women and added that they must come forward to avail themselves of the schemes.
