SVSKP Registration 2024 and Login
- First of all, go to the Swami Vivekananda Swanirbhar Karmasansthan Prakalpa official website at https://shgsewb.gov.in/svskp/home
- New users will have to make SVSKP registration firstly by clicking at "Registration" tab.
- Direct link for Swami Vivekananda Swanirbhar Karmasansthan Prakalpa Registration - https://shgsewb.gov.in/svskp_register/registration
- Subsequently, the SVSKP online registration form 2024 will appear as shown below:-
- Make applicant registration, then bank branch registration, regional branch registration, state level bank registration, district registration, BI/Muni/br Reg. and "Submit" it to complete SVSKP registration process.
- Next after registration, click at "Login" button or directly click https://shgsewb.gov.in/svskp/index
- Accordingly, the page to make Swami Vivekananda Swanirbhar Karmasansthan Prakalpa Portal Login will appear as shown below:-
- Existing users can enter User ID, password, captcha and click at "Login" button to make Swami Vivekananda Swanirbhar Karmasansthan Prakalpa login.

Swami Vivekananda Swanirbhar Karmasansthan Prakalpa in WB Budget 2024-25
On 8th February 2024, Finance Minister presented West Bengal Budget 2024-25. While delivering the budget speech, FM said "Swami Vivekananda Swanirbhar Karmasansthan
Prakalpa - a self employment scheme is being implemented
for promotion of tiny scale units of production,
manufacturing, trade, service or any other sector including
agro-based industries, floriculture, horticulture, animal
husbandry other than direct agriculture".
FM mentioned "To provide market linkage to the SHGs and
Entrepreneurs, 22 District / Sub-District level 'Sabala
Melas' and a 'State Sabala Mela' are being taken up. In
FY 2023-24 the total outlay of Rs. 2.64 crore has been
released for District / Sub-District level 'Sabala Melas'. Sabala Mela in 2022-23 helped provide a platform to
128 Women SHGs, 60 SVSKP entrepreneurs and 46 individual artisans from across the State. 260 stalls
(including Food Stalls) were set up to showcase the
activities of SHGs / entrepreneurs at State level. This
Department has also participated in India International
Trade Fair (IITF)-2023".
About Swami Vivekananda Swanirbhar Karmasansthan Prakalpa
SVSKP, a flagship scheme of the Department of SHG&SE is implemented by the West Bengal Swarojgar Corporation Ltd. (WBSCL). Implemented across the state, basic objective of the scheme is to provide increased access to credit for development of rural/urban enterprises by supporting unemployed young individuals and group of individuals.
Unemployed young persons, within the age group of 18 to 45 years and an income ceiling of Rs. 15,000/- per month for the family are included as the target group for the scheme. More stress has been given on training, especially on trades where the locally available abundant raw materials, wasted due to ignorance, could be utilized for producing finer articles and on traditional crafts where there is sufficient potential. The scheme was launched in 2011-12 financial year and have been able to provide support to 2,62,030 till 30 September 2019.
