Uttarakhand State Grievance redressal digital system is a vital and enduring initiative of the State Government, which will cultivate enhanced public service and also ensures that the citizens can register their grievances as per their convenience through various modes and can also submit their suggestions/demand/experiences for strengthening ongoing redressal system. Hence, this system aims at providing equitable services in particular public services in a mission mode with the objective of public welfare thereby achieving goals set out in the state policy and national policies.On 27th Feb 2024, Finance Minister presented Uttarakhand Budget 2024-25 in which FM said "सी.एम. हैल्पलाईन '1905' को नये रूप में विकसित किया गया है। इसके अन्तर्गत कुछ महत्वपूर्ण नई सुविधायें विकसित की गई हैं जैसे समीक्षा डैशबोर्ड, 'क्लिक टू कॉल' की सुविधा, तहसील दिवस / जनता दरबार का डिजिटलीकरण ।"
Objectives of CM Helpline in Uttarakhand State
Improved quality services and strengthened essential facilities will implement a comprehensive approach through department officers with the citizens that aims:-
- To improve quality, more user friendly and effectiveness of existing public grievances redressal system.
- To gradually expand the scope and coverage of essential public services to the masses.
- To give importance to disadvantaged areas of the remotest districts by increasing the quality of services.
- The people of the state should be happy and satisfied with the works of the government, for this purpose, CM Helpline 1905 has been started.

- Special supervision of reminders pending at various levels by Chief Minister's office.
