People can now fill Mukhyamantri Solar Krishi Pump Yojana application / registration form at the official website of Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd (MSEDCL). Also check the CM Solar Agricultural Pump Scheme application status through online mode.
Maha Vitaran (Mahadiscom) is the nodal agency to implement Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Pump Yojana. This scheme is an extension to the Atal Saur Krishi Pump Yojana 2 whose application forms were available at https://www.mahaurja.com/ASKP/login.php

Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Pump Yojana Apply Online Process
- Beneficiary should apply online on MSEDCL Solar Portal
- Fill/Submit complete Information on A-1 form (upload copy of Documents
- 7/12 Utara copy
- Adhar Card
- Cast certificate (for SC/ST beneficiary)
- Within 10 days of receipt of online A-1 form, after doing survey demand note will be issued from field offices. If there is any discrepancy observed, applicant will be informed accordingly
- After payment of Demand Note, Beneficiary will submit/provide option of Agency name
- LOA will be issued to concern agency in 3 days in ERP
- Concern agency has to complete the work in 90 days & upload the Commissioning report, bill with photos with beneficiary & system etc.
- At every stage applicant will be informed by SMS
- Payment will be issued to agency only after submission of information as above in Sr. No. 6 on Portal

Beneficiary Selection Criteria for 3 / 5 HP Solar Pump
- Farmers having farmland with assured source of water.
- Farmers should not have conventional electricity connection.
- Farmer having farm land upto 5 acre is eligible for 3 HP pump and farm land above 5 acre is eligible for 5HP and 7.5 HP pump.
- Farmers which are not electrified through any scheme previously.
- Priority to farmers from remote and tribal area.
- Farmers from villages which are not electrified yet due to NOC from forest department.
- Beneficiary farmers of Dhadak Sinchan Yojana.
- Paid pending consumer, applied for new electricity connection for agriculture pump.
Beneficiary Selection Criteria for 7.5 HP Pump
- Water source must be well or tubewell only.
- Solar pump will not be given on well and tube well coming under over exploited, exploited and partially exploited villages defined by GSDA.
- Solar pump will be given to beneficiaries coming under villages in safe watersheds having stage of development / extraction less than 60%.
- Solar pump will not be given on bore well coming under rock area.
- Depth of water source must not be more than 60 mtrs.
