With the launch of CG Mukhya Mantri Mitan Yojana, people would be able to avail these services at their home. A sahayak mitra will come at their doorsteps, complete formalities, takes service fees and get these certificates home delivered.

Mukhyamantri Mitaan Yojana focuses on the collection of the required documents from the home of the citizens through a nominated individual “Mitaan” who shall be scanning the certificates and would get the processes rolling for issuance of the certificates/ services to the citizens and once the certificate is issued by the department, same shall be delivered at the citizens door-step by the Mitaan in a sealed envelope. How to Book A Slot
To get doorstep delivery of services, all citizens will have to call a specified helpline number. Each citizen can call on contact number 14545 to book a slot for Mukhyamantri Mitaan Yojana. On placing a call, citizen will be asked for the name of service and then a Mitaan would be assigned for assisting citizens. Mitaan will visit at the home of citizens at scheduled time. The workers will take necessary documents along with application form, take photo at mobile & then go to applicant's house to provide certificate.
This CG Mukhyamantri Mitan Yojana is based on the Doorstep Delivery Scheme of the Delhi government. This scheme was a success in Delhi and many people got their certificates home delivered. So, the Chhattisgarh govt. wants to replicate this scheme of home delivery of public services.
