मुख्यमंत्री सारथी योजना in Jharkhand Budget 2024-25
27 फ़रवरी 2024 को वित्त मंत्री ने झारखण्ड बजट 2024-25 पेश किया। अपना बजट भाषण देते हुए वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि "अध्यक्ष महोदय, वर्ष 2023-24 में क्रियान्वित मुख्यमंत्री सारथी योजना के अंतर्गत युवक-युवतियों को कौशल प्रशिक्षण दिये जाने के लक्ष्य 1,40,000 के विरुद्ध लगभग 75,000 प्रशिक्षकों को प्रशिक्षित किया गया है। साथ ही प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त ऐसे युवक-युवतियाँ, जिन्हें रोजगार उपलब्ध नहीं हो सका है, को रोजगार प्रोत्साहन भत्ता के रुप में DBT के माध्यम से 2.45 करोड़ (2 करोड़ 45 लाख) रुपये का प्रोत्साहन भत्ता निर्गत किया गया है। मान्यवर, वर्ष 2024-25 में श्रम, नियोजन एवं प्रशिक्षण के लिए 1,053.27 करोड़ (1 हजार 53 करोड़ 27 लाख) रुपये का बजट प्रस्तावित है।"
Mukhyamantri Sarathi Yojana in Jharkhand Budget 2023-24
3 मार्च 2024 को वित्त मंत्री ने झारखण्ड बजट 2024-25 पेश किया। अपना बजट भाषण देते हुए वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि "वर्ष 2023-24 में मुख्यमंत्री सारथी योजना के अन्तर्गत राज्य के 1 लाख 40 हजार युवक-युवतियों को कौशल प्रशिक्षण दिये जाने का लक्ष्य है। प्रशिक्षण के उपरांत रोजगार न मिलने की स्थिति में 6 माह तक पुरुषों को 1 हजार रुपये प्रतिमाह तथा महिलाओं और दिव्यांगों को 1 हजार 5 सौ रुपये प्रतिमाह दिया जाना है।"
क्या है झारखण्ड मुख्यमंत्री सारथी योजना 2024-25
झारखण्ड सरकार अब मुख्यमंत्री सारथी योजना का क्रियान्वन कर रही है जिसको कैबिनेट ने सन 2022 में स्वीकृति प्रदान की थी। इसके तहत युवाओं को प्रखंड स्तर पर रोजगार के लिए कौशल प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री सारथी योजना कौशल विकास मिशन द्वारा संचालित की जाएगी। अब तक राज्य में कौशल विकास सेंटर जिला मुख्यालय में ही चलते हैं, सारथी योजना के तहत प्रखंड स्तर पर भी सेंटर खोले जाएंगे।
इन सेंटरों में कारपेंटर, इलेक्ट्रीशियन, मशीन ऑपरेटर जैसे रोजगारन्मुख प्रशिक्षण दिए जाएंगे। श्रम सचिव ने कहा की योजना के तहत गैर आवासीय प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने वाले युवाओं को एक हज़ार रूपये प्रतिमाह यात्रा भत्ता दिया जाएगा। वहीं प्रशिक्षण के बाद रोजगार नहीं मिलने पर रोजगार प्रोत्साहन भत्ता भी मिलेगा। तीन माह तक रोजगार नहीं मिलने पर एक साल तक लड़कों को 1000 रुपये और लड़कियों को 1500 रुपये भत्ता दिया जाएगा।

मुख्यमंत्री सारथी योजना अंतर्गत राज्य के युवाओं को प्रखण्ड स्तर तक रोजगारन्मुखी कौशल प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करने हेतु योजना की स्वीकृति।
झारखण्ड कैबिनेट ने Sarathi Skill Training Scheme को स्वीकृति 10 नवंबर 2022 को दी है.

Jharkhand Sarathi Yojana Announcement
The announcement of Mukhyamantri Sarthi Yojana was made by the honourable Chief minister Hemant Soren on 26 July 2022 i.e Tuesday. Jharkhand Sathi Yojana will be a special scheme which will offer job oriented skill development training to poor students to enable them to get suitable employment.
Announcement regarding launch of Jharkhand Sathi Yojana was made by CM Soren during the felicitation ceremony of 26 students in the state who cracked UPSC in 2021. CM said that the number of students from Jharkhand state who cracked UPSC in 2021 proves the kind of talent we have. Despite myriad challenges, students have excelled in the exam and so govt. is launching this Sarathi initiative to help students to get job oriented training and secure good jobs.
Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Sarthi Yojana Features
- Announcement regarding Mukhyamantri Sarathi Yojana was made in the Jharkhand Budget 2022-23.
- The main objective of Mukhyamantri Sarathi Yojana is to ensure that after skill training, youths can get jobs.
- Jharkhand state cabinet has given approval to the CM Sarathi Skill Training Scheme on 10 November 2022.
- Job oriented skill development training will be provided to youths.
- Skill training centres will be opened at the block level.
- These centres will focus on hands on training for employment like carpenter, electrician, machine operator etc.

- The Rojgar Protsahan Rashi (Berojgari Bhatta) will be given for next 1 year to ensure that trained candidates search for jobs and get one without worrying about expenses.
- Training centres will be opened in the Jharkhand state itself, which will save time and money of the youths.
- No student would be deprived of getting skill development training of high level even when they no money to pay for it.
- Students would be empowered and self reliant after getting training under Sarthi Yojana.
Eligibility Criteria for Mukhyamantri Sarathi Yojana
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Jharkhand State.
- He / She must be willing to join job oriented skill development coaching at designated training centres.
- Age of youth must lie b/w 18 to 35 years.
- Applicant must be unemployed.
