क्या है झारखण्ड एकलव्य प्रशिक्षण योजना 2024
The official notification for Eklavya Prashikshan Yojana has been released which stated that "To enhance employment opportunities available to the youth of Jharkhand, the State Government is launching the Eklavya Prashikshan Yojna. The scheme will provide free of cost coaching to students for preparation of competitive exams like Union Public Service Commission, Jharkhand Public Service Commission, Central/Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission, and exams for recruitment in Banking/Group 'A', 'B' and 'C' of Railways etc and a basic monthly payout of Rs. 2500 for living expenses during the period of coaching. The Government of Jharkhand aims to benefit an estimated 27000 students from the scheme every year".
चयनित विद्यार्थियों को राज्य सरकार के पैनल में शामिल कोचिंग संस्थानों में निशुल्क पढ़ने का मौका दिया जाएगा। संसथान की पूरी फीस राज्य सरकार वहन करेगी। इसके अलावा विद्यार्थियों को एक वर्ष तक हर महीने 2500 रूपये की आर्थिक सहायता भी उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।
Eklavya Prashikshan Yojana Eligibility Criteria
The minimum eligibility criteria for students applying to the scheme is as follows: -- The student should have passed Class 10th and Class 12th (or equivalent) from any recognized school in the State of Jharkhand OR The student should possess a local residence certificate of Jharkhand.
- The student must fulfil the eligibility criteria of the examination for which he/she is applying for coaching under the scheme.
- The student should submit valid income certificate with annual family income less than Rs 8,00,000 (Rupees Eight lakh Only) issued by Sub-Divisional Officer/Circle Officer. This annual family income limit shall be automatically revised as per revision in the annual family income limit for OBC-NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) as notified by the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India from time to time. OR The student should be covered under the National/State Food Security Scheme. The student shall submit a self-attested copy of the ration card as proof of being covered under National/State Food Security Scheme.
- Beneficiaries of similar schemes of any other department (Ex: ST, SC, Minority and Backward Class Welfare Department resolution no. 4127 dated 26/11/2018) shall not be eligible for dual benefit under this scheme. The student can avail the benefit only once under this scheme.
Components of Jharkhand Eklavya Prashikshan Yojana
- Free Coaching Facility to the selected students - For the preparation of competitive examinations like UPSC, JPSC, Banking, Railway, Central/Jharkhand staff selection commission etc., free of cost coaching facility in reputed coaching institutes will be provided to the students selected under this scheme.
- Monthly Assistance to Students - An assistance amount of Rs 2500 per month will be paid to the selected students studying in coaching institutes under the scheme during the period of coaching.
Assistance Amount under Jharkhand Eklavya Prashikshan Yojana
The following assistance amount would be given to students under Jharkhand Eklavya Prashikshan Yojana for the specified courses:-
- Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) - Rs. 1.5 lakh per student
- Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) - Rs. 1 lakh per student
- Bank PO - Rs. 50,000 per student
- Bank Clerical - Rs. 25,000 per student
- Railway Recruitment Board Exams - Rs. 25,000 per student
- Staff Selection Commission - Rs. 25,000 per student
- [Additional Grant] Monthly Assistance Amount - Rs. 2500 per student

Apply Online करने के लिए आप को आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाकर अपना पंजीकरण करवाना होगा और इसके बाद झारखंड एकलव्य प्रशिक्षण योजना में ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा। वहीँ ऑफलाइन आवेदन के लिए आप को अपने निकटतम ट्रेनिंग सेंटर पर जाकर सभी दस्तावेजों के साथ अपना पंजीकरण करवाना होगा और इस प्रकार आप संबंधित योजना में अपना ऑफलाइन आवेदन भी करवा सकते हैं।
Eklavya Prashikshan Yojana in Jharkhand Budget 2023-24
Finance Minister presented Jharkhand Budget 2023-24 on 3 March 2023. While presenting Jharkhand Budget Speech 2023-24, FM said "अध्यक्ष महोदय, छात्रों को उच्च शिक्षा के लिए गुरुजी क्रेडिट कार्ड योजना एवं प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा के लिए निःशुल्क कोचिंग हेतु मुख्यमंत्री शिक्षा प्रोत्साहन योजना एवं एकलव्य प्रशिक्षण योजना का कार्यान्वयन किया जायेगा, जिसमें लगभग 37,000 छात्र-छात्राओं को लाभान्वित करने का लक्ष्य है"।
Eklavya Free Coaching Scheme को कैबिनेट की स्वीकृति
झारखण्ड कैबिनेट ने Eklavya Free Coaching Scheme को स्वीकृति 10 नवंबर 2022 को दी थी। झारखण्ड के विद्यार्थियों को UPSC, JPSC,केंद्रीय / JSSC और विभिन्न भर्ती एजेंसियाँ द्वारा वर्ग 'ए', 'बी' और 'सी' में भर्ती हेतु प्रतियोगिता परीक्षाओं की तैयारी कराने के उद्देश्य से निशुल्क कोचिंग की व्यवस्था प्रदान करने हेतु एकलव्य प्रशिक्षण योजना की स्वीकृति दे दी गयी थी।
