Applicant / Private Land owner can submit there application by following the process below:-
- First of all, go to official website https://www.mahadiscom.in/solar-mskvy/index_mr.php
- Once you reach homepage, click at "महावितरण लैंड पोर्टल" tab.
- Upon clicking the link, the Mahavitaran land portal page for making SKVY Solar login will appear as shown below.
- Existing users can make login while new users can click at "Link for New Applicant / Private Land Owner Registration" to open Mukhyamantri Saur Krishi Vahini Yojana online registration form.
- Enter details and click "सबमिट करा" button to complete Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana registration process.
- Finally make Login to apply online for Saur Krushi Vahini Yojna.

About Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0
MSKVY 2.0 program envisages solarization of 30% agricultural feeders by 2025. That translates into contracting solar power capacity of ~ 7000 MW by December 2025. Solar power generation is promoted through Mukhyamantri Saur Krishi Vahini Yojana which will help in providing uninterrupted day-time supply to farmers.
To achieve above objectives, the MSKVY 2.0 scheme aims to facilitate faster capacity addition in "Distributed RE Mode". It would interconnect solar PV projects of appropriate size to source enough solar energy to meet supply requirement for agriculture use. This program aims to reduce cost to serve agriculture consumers in Maharashtra. MSKVY Phase 2 will reduce the cross-subsidy burden on the Industrial and Commercial consumers. This is going to improve financial health of MSEDCL.

Land Eligibility for CM Saur Krushi Vahini Scheme 2
- The land required is minimum 3 acres to maximum 10 acres.
- Distance required from MSEDCL sub-station is maximum 5 Km.
- Priority for land near power sub station.
- Rent agreements between developers and landlords increase 3% annually. Annual Rent of Rs. 50,000 per acre.
