As per Odisha Subhadra Yojana SOP PDF, each eligible beneficiary will receive Rs 10,000 per year in two equal installments. Subhadra Debit Card to Women Beneficiaries

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to visit Odisha on September 17 to launch the 'Subhadra Yojana', an ambitious scheme of the BJP government in the state for women, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said on Sunday, reports PTI.
Subhadra Yojana Cabinet Approval Date
Subhadra Yojana, one of the key promises in BJP's election manifesto, was approved at the first state cabinet meeting on 12th June 2024. BJP government has earlier committed to implement the project within 100 days of assuming office.
As per the BJP manifesto, the scheme promised to benefit all women residing in Odisha, irrespective of their economic status and domicile. The population of women in Odisha, as per the 2011 Census, is 2,07,62,082. Hence, state govt may need to allocate over Rs. 80,000 crore in its budget to cover more than 2 crore women beneficiaries. It has sought partial funding from the Centre to implement the Subhadra scheme.
Although govt has emphasised the vouchers can be used to enhance women's socio-economic status, including education, healthcare and entrepreneurial ventures, a concrete list of permissible expenditures has been ascertained in the final Subhadra yojana guidelines.
Similar type of schemes are already running in other BJP led states namely Ladli Behna Yojana in Madhya Pradesh and Mahtari Vandan Yojana in Chhattisgarh state.

Subhadra Scheme in Odisha Budget 2024-25
On 25th July 2024, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, who is also the Finance Minister, presented Odisha Budget 2024-25. While delivering the budget speech, Finance minister said "In the first Cabinet we had approved launching of the new Subhadra Yojana as part of our poll promise. This scheme reinforces the Government's commitment to women entrepreneurship, empowerment and financial independence. An amount of Rs.10,000 crore is proposed in the Budget for implementation of this initiative".
